Antonella's home was perfect for our stay in Rome. Easy bus ride from the train station, very walkable area convenient to good restaurants and a great neighborhood. Close to the Vatican and Trastevere area. Antonella was very easy to contact and was a great host. We were very happy with our choice. There is a narrow flight of stairs, but we knew this beforehand and wasn't an issue for us.

The host Patrizia is awesome. The place was serene, relaxing and homey! We loved that it has a chapel where guests can pray and meditate.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

A very peaceful place despite the proximity to the airport, you can hear very little of the planes. Ideal house for a stay and discovering Rome just 30 minutes by car. Small touches on arrival that are very pleasant

We stayed two nights in Adriano's apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment and the amenities were as described. The location is good, the classic sights are within walking distance. The Travestere district and the Tiber are only 3 minutes away. Due to the proximity to the "scene district", however, it was (only) a little louder on Saturday evening / night. You just can't have both😉. Adriano was easily accessible and check-in and access to the apartment/house worked well. Had a lovely time!

Marco was great and his place was perfect!! The place was great and in such an amazing location. Marco was very responsive and super helpful and we had so much fun. The showers drain a bit slower since it’s an old building but we just adjusted to that! Will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Rome. The six of us felt so comfortable and had such an amazing stay.

Such a lovely and spacious place! It had everything we needed, with lots of little thoughtful details. The courtyard was a great bonus. Just 10 minutes to the airport by car. The host was incredibly kind and helpful — we felt really taken care of.

Simonetta and Max were really kind and friendly hosts, immediately making themselves very helpful. The place exactly matches the description, small but cared for in every detail and most likely clean. It is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery with many activities available to entertain both human and four-legged friends! I especially thank the hosts for giving me a wonderful birthday. I will be very happy to stay at Villa Bovari!

Simple fins cottage, with lots of charm in enchanting quiet surroundings. Terhi and Ivano are wonderful hosts and were always there for us with support and help. We got great tips for excursions and lots of information for visiting Rome. The accommodation is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet Rome center is easily accessible by train and in the area there are many more wonderful destinations for activities. The cottage has everything you need. In case of any issues or questions, the two hosts are available at any time. We wholeheartedly recommend staying with Terhi and Ivano.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

Lovely garden, spacious rooms, excellent location for visiting Rome using the Metro and great for visiting nearby places (Tivoli, Ostia Antica, Frascati) by car. Very convenient for supermarket.

The villa is as described and the exteriors are even more beautiful. The area under the canopy overlooking the hot tub is very pleasant. We also took advantage of the barbecue, appreciating its equipment. We will be happy to return soon

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

It was the cleanest Airbnb room I’ve ever stayed. The access was okay but the platform for the train to Frascati was far from the ticket gate at Termini station, so I recommend giving yourself plenty of time before the train departure. In my case I got lost at Termini but the host kindly waited for me until I check in. Thank you so much :)

We had a great stay at Stefania’s place. We love how easy it was to find and that it was very close to restaurants, convenient stores, bus stop and pharmacy. It was as described and was very clean. Our group’s stay in Ariccia was unforgettable because of this accommodation.

Neomi is a wonderful host. She was the friendliest, sweetest and most helpful host we have ever stayed with in an Airbnb. She responds immediately to messages and gives good advice. She welcomed us very nicely and helped us carry our things. The house was exactly as described. It was sparkling clean everywhere and smelled very good. The only disadvantage is that the house is far from the city centre of Rome, but you can reach the city centre by public transport. The bus station is nearby. I can highly recommend it.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Stefano place is simply paradise, full of nature, serenity and convenience . We had opportunity to stay with our team to enjoy and group up our business achievements. I recommend Stefano place to all families, friends and business visitors to have great time.

Authentic and warm The welcome was exceptional, always available, helpful and filled with kindness. This place is a real paradise nestled in the middle of nature, away from noise and pollution. A peaceful and superb setting where you can immediately feel good. Every moment here has reminded me of the sweet memories of my childhood with my grandparents. Everything was perfect, from interior comfort to the magical atmosphere that reigns here. If you're looking for a place to relax and recharge, don't hesitate for a second! I stayed here in May and the climate was ideal. A true haven of peace where one wants to come back over and over again. If you love nature and simplicity, this is the best place to live them to the fullest. Put your smartphones aside, enjoy the time and the present moment, which are reminiscent of a beautiful and precious time, an era that no longer exists today. Daniela met us to let us into the apartment which was presently clean and orderly. It does lack some rudimentary kitchen accessories should you wish to do some cooking -however, there are so many great restaurants, pizzerias in downtown Frascati that we had no time to cook during this stay. I would add a possible shower curtain to the one bathroom as the tub has a hose for showering off if one were sitting down in the tub, but to stand up one get water all over the floor so we opted to utilize this shower in the other bedroom which worked perfectly well. Overall, the flat has incredible views, especially so at night time! While, the parking can be a tad difficult. We found a SPOT and did not move our car during our stay. Overall, I would say this is a fantastic flat and Daniela could not have been nicer! I would rent here again for sure.! 🌹
