Wi-Fi and TV with cable and Chromecast. Unfortunately, there is no space for parking on the property, but there is free street parking right above the property, always available.

There is no through traffic. 5 minutes (400 meters) walking distance to Røa city center with shops, swimming pool, subway and bus. Kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate bedroom and bathroom.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment over 2 floors located in the residential area Majorstua, very close to the city centre and just next to The Royale Palace. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
