this spot is amazing if you want to be away from all the chaos of the city but close enough to the malecon and town to get some great food. its private and the views from balcony are stunning and the home is well set up if you like to cook and pick up some local fish from the fish market early in the morning 🌄 😋

Excellent accommodation very spacious and comfortable ideal for long-term stays and very accessible for short term had a microwave and electric oven, very large terrace with an excellent view of the sea, very spacious dining room on the terrace and the Bolongo development is very comfortable and very familiar

Excellent accommodation, highly recommended!

The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

Very good place. The positive thing is... very well located, excellent view. Close to everything. Easy to get to and comfortable. The only issues I had, which are very minor, is the access with the password, the keyboard is not very precise, I struggled a little to enter as it fails a little. The door to the main bedroom and bathroom doesn't close properly, the wood is swollen. Minor but correctable details. It was a pleasant stay because of the place and the location, the communication is very good. And I gave it a 9/10 rating.

Everything was as described . Everything very extra clean , the host very attentive and responsive. Theres stores and places to eat at walking distance. The beach is near also walking distance about 5 minutes or less. It's very safe to walk around the zone . we would definitely stay again. I highly recommend it.

Condo was exactly as described! Had everything we needed for the week. Beautiful sunsets and the grounds were very well maintained.

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Right in the heart of old town Punta Mita. Walkable to the beach, to local food spots, and to the more commercial strip. The common area was a little hot in May, but it was always possible to escape to the AC rooms or dip in the pool. Melanie was super responsive to questions and made us feel right at home.

We had an amazing weekend. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The pool is delicious, always warm and perfect for relaxing. We travelled with two dogs and the house was ideal for them too: safe, with space and pet friendly. The host's attention was excellent, always attentive and friendly. Definitely a place we want to go back to. Highly recommended

Very good accommodation, equipped, well maintained, and in excellent condition. It's private, ideal for resting and the best thing is that they allow access to pets. Manuel was very helpful and attentive to the arrival and the doubts that arose. I am satisfied with this experience and I recommend it.

We loved our stay at Casa Cascada! Perfect in every way. North end of town quieter but easily walkable to Sayulita center. Jennifer was very responsive and fantastic host. Beds comfy, house clean and close to beach, impeccable design and funnest town ever😊 we will be back!

It is the best Airbnb accommodation I have had, close to the beach club that is a jewel. The sea without waves is like a giant pool, the pools are spotless, the place is comfortable, the Lady Elena is very friendly, the departure and entrance times are excellent as they make the most of the days, I will definitely return, my family and I had a fantastic time.

Ana is a kind and attentive host, quick to respond, and very caring of our needs. Her home is an oasis away from the busy town. We loved spending two weeks in the Treehouse, it was a peaceful and serene environment to rejuvenate in during our vacation. The neighbourhood is safe and friendly. The distance is walkable and easy to drive in a golf cart. We highly recommend Ana’s place for the traveller who wants a quieter and unique experience. We felt right at home!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! My wife, myself and our toddler had the best time relaxing and enjoying this beautiful home. We loved playing outside in the backyard and swimming in the pool. We cooked a lot of our meals outside on the grill and that was awesome. The hosts were very accommodating with our toddler and provided a high chair and a pack and play. We walked around and explored the nearby areas including some restaurants, shops and the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. We are so glad that we found this gem and had the time we did here. We will definitely be back!

Great condo in the heart of Zona Romantica. I absolutely loved that the condo has two bathrooms, wraparound balcony, and is very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I definitely had no trouble sleeping. The rooftop pool is also absolutely gorgeous with ocean views and has a bar. Rosario the bartender was very attentive and very friendly. Jasem and Andres were both very helpful and responsive which I really appreciated.

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

Amazing stay, perfect location, incredible pool, and great coffee! We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The pool was absolutely amazing and the perfect place to relax. The entire space was clean and clearly well taken care of, which made us feel right at home. One of the nice little touches we really appreciated was the Nespresso machine – the coffee was delicious and a great way to start each morning. On top of that, the location couldn’t be better – close to everything we needed: restaurants, shops, and attractions. It was super convenient and easy to get around. Highly recommend this place, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent trip with our kids, ages 6 & 8. The pool in the front yard was perfect for morning and evening swims, and the ability to walk to both the beach and downtown was key. The condo matches the photos and was stunning. The beds were super comfy. Frank was responsive and delivered a golf cart for an adventure day. Special thanks to Frank for quickly mailing our 8 yr old’s favorite doll that was left behind.

The location and the stay was excellent. Having the resort next door is very convenient. Would definitely recommend to other travelers.

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.
