The apartment is in a large house covered with American vines in the center of the town of Borgo San Lorenzo. The house consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Outside there is a courtyard of gray stones and an organic garden full of vegetables grown with love and ancient flowers of yesteryear. The accommodation is for two people, single or as a couple, but there is also the possibility of adding a cot if there is a child present. The Mugello valley has small treasures of rare beauty: the medieval village of Scarperia, the Romanesque churches of Borgo S. Lorenzo, Sant'Agata and the small town of San Giovanni, the house of the painter Giotto in Vicchio. The green walks in the paths of the woods in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, the succulent Mugello tortello filled with potatoes, Lake Bilancino near Barberino del Mugello. A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family.
