Just decorated with new carpet (2023). A bathroom with a bath and shower. A fitted kitchen with a washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge with an ice compartment, pots and pans. A new energy efficient boiler has also just been installed. Outside there is allocated off-road parking and pretty communal gardens.

This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.
