Holiday rentals with a patio in River Vere

We completely loved our stay at Ann’s place. The apartment is large and full of light. The balcony and view are incredible. The location for us was perfect – close to the old city, but not in it. The apartment was beautifully clean. Ann was a wonderful host. She even helped organise a driver to and from the airport making our arrival and (very early in the morning) departure very easy. We feel really lucky to have found this apartment as our ‘home’ for 6 days in Tbilisi. Highly recommended.

One of the best places I've stayed at in Georgia. The apartment was bigger than I thought, and is very beautiful and practical. I especially like that the interior has a mix of classical and modern style. The bathroom is excellent. Sound isolation is good. You rarely hear neighbours or traffic. There is a great cafe opposite the road for breakfast, and several supermarkets nearby. There are several embassies located on the street, so the area feels a bit fancy. Underground garage (open 24/7) was very convenient to park a scooter in and take the elevator directly from there. It is very fast and easy to get to the city center from there if you have a ride. Beautiful view from the balcony, and if you continue to walk up the hill you will see a really nice view of the city. Very good kitchen. Especially the stove and fridge and freezer. Host was great. Friendly, respectful and English speaking. Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I checked into this cozy apartment for a month. The hosts were very responsive. I really recommend this apartment to everyone, it is made with taste and neatness, with all household amenities. When there were any questions, the hosts responded right away and helped resolve the issue. Within 3-5 minutes walking distance you can reach the metro, Fresco(big supermarket), money changers, pharmacies. Also, next to the house there is a very nice area with red brick(you can see it from the window), where there are several coffee shops, co-working, barbershops, as well as pharmacies, bakeries. The month went by quickly, but we enjoyed every day in this apartment. Thanks again Tamar and Giorgi!

I really liked the accommodation. Very clean, there is everything you need for living. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The street is quiet, near the metro, bus stop. Maya solves all issues promptly. If I'm in Tbilisi, I'll stay in this house. I recommend it.

We loved our weekend here. Very walkable and a short taxi away from city mall and the Zoo with many shops inbetween.

Amazing flat at a very nice locality with all amenities nearby. The flat was perfect for us as a family - well equipped in all regards.

David’s apartment is located right in the center of Tbilisi, in the Vake district, surrounded by many great cafes and restaurants, with convenience stores nearby as well. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. I had a wonderful month staying here. The host is very friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Tbilisi.

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

Perfectly located, I was sitting hours just enjoying the night city view. lots of kitchen utensils. Very clean and comfortable. Great back yard with everything needed for barbecue. Will definitely come again!

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

The Heavenly View apartment truly lives up to its name. We were pleasantly surprised to find it in pristine condition upon arrival—clean, organized, and with everything easy to find and use. The kitchen was well-stocked, much more equipped than we expected, which made our stay even better. The extras were a fantastic bonus. We arrived late in the evening but had no trouble locating the place thanks to the super clear instructions. David, the host, was wonderful—always responsive, attentive, and quick to help from day one. His warmth made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself is beautiful, offering stunning sunrises and sunsets every day. It is bright, spacious, and allowed us all to feel comfortable. The furniture and bedding exceeded our expectations. Overall, this is truly a gem and an ideal place to stay in Tbilisi.

Maria and Rezi are wonderful, responsive hosts with great taste. Excellent well-planned room with high ceilings. The house is in a quiet area, I slept well. The house is close to the metro station. Thank you for the early check in. House is luxurious and the crockery, has a beauty and the beast, vibe. Amazing view. Extremely clean. One washroom has a toilet + wash area, the other has, just a toilet. Huge space, looks smaller in the pictures. Nana was very responsive and replied immediately. There are 24 hrs small outlets for food, just at the entrance of the lane. Supermarkets, metro, bus stops are close by. The same building has a tennis court, a hotel, another hotel at the side, so there is always someone near the entrance, making it a safe place. We were 2 women and felt safe. Even got a grab at 2am to the airport .The lockbox is at the road level, right side to the steps, do not climb the stairs for that, It's the middle box, black and white in color and yellow once opened. The place had coffee, tea, towels, bath wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, spices, sugar, iron. Will definitely book this place again. Was a good location, good host and an amazing house.
