The Upper Deck

A little bit of luxury at the lake. Plus the view from the deck is spectacular! The guest suite is located over the detached garage and overlooks lake Nipissing. The lake is sandy and shallow for hundreds of feet and the large dock is perfect for lounging and water activities. There is a launch and parking for your boat at the back dock. The brick fire pit is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The Reverse Osmosis system in the kitchen provides clean and delicious drinking water.

Beautiful lakefront views from 3 separate decks, including a bird's-eye view from the master bedroom. Water sports equipment are available upon request (two kayaks, canoe, water board and paddle boat). This space is also perfect for remote work as we have a desk and work station. Perfect for a winter escape - ATV trails nearby as well.

This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
