Bungalow holiday rentals in River Shannon

What an absolutely stunning location. We enjoyed 4 days here with plenty of sea swimming and walks. The house itself was just perfect, beautifully designed and furnished, with every thing we needed. It was warm and welcoming. The bedding was particularly luxurious. Catherine was a fantastic host, giving us space and also very responsive to messages and proactive with communications. We very much enjoyed the fabulous sea views and being surrounded by breath taking nature. The house is a very short drive to the gorgeous little village of Roundstone (where there is the most fab little coffee shop!) and only about 20 minute drive into the bigger town of Clifden. There is so much to see and do in the area and the house was also perfect for lounging in the comfy armchairs and reading books. We can't fault our stay - 10 stars from us! Thank you Catherine. We would absolutely love to return!!

From the moment we arrived Mary was wonderful. We arrived to freshly homemade scones. It was all the little touches like milk butter and Jam. Beds all made up. Mary gave us lots of information from the free playground just yds away and the swimming pool in next door to the playground less then a 5 minute walk. The beach is fantastic. Coffee on the pier was lovely. Our granddaughters had amazing time. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you so much Mary and Chris

What an amazing location! The views are stunningly beautiful with several gorgeous beaches just minutes away, and Westport is just down the road. The house is so cosy and comfortable with well-equipped kitchen and Emer is the perfect host- we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to be back!

I stayed in Keara's place for a surf weekend with few friends The place is perfect, it was clean and really comfortable. Really close to Tullan strand(3minutes by car) and 5 minutes walking to the bundoran center. I would definetly come back here

We had a wonderful stay at Iris's Inch Beach cottage. Great location with a view of the beach. The house was very nice and was a short to walk down to the beach! It was a great launching point to check out the sights in the area; Killarney, the Ring of Kerry, Slea Head Drive and Conor's pass were all a short drive away. Check in was easy with Iris at the bed and breakfast, even arriving late like we did around 10pm.

Such a gem! Had an amazing stay here with my family and the house exceeding expectations. It is spacious and the outdoor space was perfect for littles. Right across from the water and breathtaking views. A scenic walk to Keating’s bar/restaurant and playground across from it. Eugene was a great host as well. Highly recommend this home if looking to stay in the area.

A little piece of paradise on the Dingle Peninsula. My family spent 5 days in the bungalow over the Christmas Holidays. The house and grounds are a work of art. It’s so beautifully designed. I couldn’t recommend it enough. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tablewear and pots you would need to cook family dinners. We swam most mornings in the private beach and the surrounding bays.

After spending Christmas in Declans lovely house, we have fallen in love with the place. We arrived to a spotless house which was fully decorated for Christmas. It was so appreciated. Declan left some milk in the fridge for a cuppa and the house was nice and toasty. The space for 7 people was great with two sitting rooms and 5 bedrooms. Declan was such a responsive host and very kindly allowed us to check out an hour later due to personal circumstances. I would highly recommend this property for families . Thanks so much , we cannot wait to return

Beautiful house, very nice, tidy. Felt like home and very artistic with nice furniture. Toys to keep kids engaged. Clear instructions and Eilis is very responsive. I would recommend all my friends and would like to stay again for next vacation.

This is our 2nd stay with Francis, the house is in such a peaceful area surrounded by beautiful countryside, its spacious & well equipped with everything we needed. The Easter eggs and cakes which Francis left for us were well appreciated! We'll definitely go again!

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space and the kitchen was much appreciated, had everything we needed. Quiet and secluded.

Brilliant spot to stay. Beautifully secluded but local to Killarney and the Ring of Kerry & Dunloe Gap. Easy to find and excellent B&B, very comfortable and warm. Norah was a wonderful host who was flexible on the check in time with us driving down from the North. Very communicative and friendly, with additional extra touches for our arrival that made celebrations just that bit more special. Would happily stay again! Thanks Norah for letting us stay!

Mary’s house was imaculate with every modern convenience you could imagine. The outside snug is fabulous. Perfect for the Irish weather and the views from the hot tub are magnificent. I would highly recommend Mary as a host and her place is perfect for a weekend retreat. Thank you to Mary and her team who made us feel most welcome 🤗

Angela was a wonderful hostess. Really, she went above and beyond to make sure we were settled. Left milk and all in the fridge and had the stove on too. A lovely cottage that I would recommend to anyone staying anywhere near it. I would happily go back again any time!

We loved our stay in Roundstone. The village is so beautiful and exactly what we needed for some memorable family time in the west of Ireland. The house is an older cottage and had it's quirks associated with this, but it was very warm and cozy. Thank you for lending us your home.
