Kid-friendly holiday rentals in River Liffey

In a fairly average street, James’s place opens up into a beautifully renovated & extended open plan studio set in a private back garden. Small but bright & modern with all the mod cons we needed. We were attending a music festival in Kilmainham so were able to walk there & back. We only stayed one night but would definitely book again on another trip to Dublin. James was quick to respond to our messages & all instructions were easy to follow. Would recommend this place to others.

Wery cool place.

Better than expexted. Place is very clean and spacious - ideal for 4 people. Smell inside was lovely and the neighborhood super calm and quiet, perfect to hide after the whole day in Dublin city center ;) However, ride by bus to the city center was a bit long. We had the opportunity to meet the hosts, very lovely and communicative people. We recommend this accommodation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alex’s place. The accommodation featured thoughtfully designed smart home details that made our experience both comfortable and modern. Everything was impeccably clean, and we really appreciated the provided essentials like shower gel, towels, and fresh bed linens. There were plenty of entertainment options available, which made our stay even more enjoyable, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout our visit. Communication with Alex was always quick and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The space itself was beautiful and welcoming — my colleague and I felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We will definitely be coming back to stay with Alex again in the future!

Had a relaxed evening and good night, found everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Everything about our stay was great. Paul was over the top responsive and helpful, giving us suggestions for local places and let us know he would be available for any issues (which there were none). The location was perfect for what we needed, a 5-7 min walk to the red line tram which took us into Dublin in about 10-15 min and made walkable stops by the Guinness Storehouse, Heuston train station, and Trinity College. There were 2 grocery/convenience stores nearby and Paul had a kitchen that was pleasant to cook in, and the espresso machine was the icing on the cake which made the place feel so homey. I believe he lives here certain times of the year so you can tell he takes care of it for himself and his family. If I returned to Ireland/Dublin, I would easily choose to stay here again.

The place is just what we wished. On a secure, gated, beautiful farm land. We loved everything there. Thank you very much, and we hope to come back someday!

We had a fantastic stay at Leo’s place! It was perfect for our 2-night stay - we had everything we needed and the proximity to public transports and a grocery shop was brilliant! Leo was very responsive and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay!

Mark was a responsive and flexible host. He provided information prior to arrival, on how to access property, on public transport, and with recommendations on places to eat & drink. The photos didn’t do the property justice. It was well decorated, cosy but spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is in a quiet residential area away from the hustle and bustle, it is a short walk to the bus / tram stops for the city. I would definitely recommend this property, and will visit again.

Roman was a great host and super helpful and communicative. His place was exactly like the photos and made our stay very comfortable.

Angela was very quick responding to any questions that I had. The location was perfect. Just a 2 minute walk to the DART and the waterfront with loads of bars and restaurants Checking in was a breeze. The studio was clean and comfortable. I would definitely return.

Super friendly and easy to talk with

Family with kids stayed at Bridget’s for a week. When we arrived, Bridget greeted us out front with home-baked biscuits and bread and a fresh bowl of fruit. The home had a back patio which made it convenient for our kids to play outside. It was clutter free and easy to maintain cleanliness (especially with kids). It also had space in front of the unit to play and walk around in grass and with flowers. Bridget was kind and responsive throughout the trip. She provided us with a pack n play and high chair. She also had eating utensils for little kids available. The home was easy to feel comfortable in and we would certainly book again. Only heads up (that has nothing to do with the actual booking) is being prepared for winding roads leading to the Airbnb. Don’t ride in the back of the car if you have motion sickness.

Rosa was a most welcoming host. Her communication was excellent throughout from initial enquiry through booking to getting there. She even delayed her departure for her work so that she could welcome us personally after our train was delayed. We had everything we needed for our short stay and the guest manual was very informative too. If I could give it six stars I would. Thanks Rosa.

Hosts were very responsive, we didn’t realize we would get to the Airbnb so quickly and we were a tad early but it was no issue.

We both had a wonderful stay in Blessington as was a perfect location for us to travel to see family in Wicklow & west of lreland. Accommodation was exactly what we needed. Cathy & Riaan were perfect hosts & were on hand to meet our needs with a great welcome breakfast & fresh eggs to tie us over before our trip to supervalue shops to stock up for local amenities in Blessington main street-nearby. recommend ‘West Wicklow house’ pub for food & good atmosphere. Will definitely hope to return

Fantastic host, lovely stay. Clean, quaint, nice location with a wonderful cafe on the same block. Easy walk to city center, easy transportation, safe, would HIGHLY recommend staying here again and would so so myself if back in Dublin.

Stayed just one night to begin our road trip around Ireland. The place was larger than expected. Sean was very helpful and friendly with clear instructions regarding the property. We had a good nights sleep. The bed was very comfortable.

A perfect Airbnb for a stay in Dublin. Extremely well stocked and comfortable to stay in. We felt right at home!
