There is the option of parking a vehicle in a private car park located next to the apartment. The apartment is equipped with the necessary basic kitchenware. Access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (no steps) and is directly from the street. It has an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00) with bed linen, and a full bathroom with a shower. It is fully equipped, with the main kitchen facilities including a dishwasher, fridge and Italian coffee maker, as well as air conditioning, an iron, a bathroom equipped with towels, a hairdryer and shower gel, a television and Wi-Fi (600 Mb fibre). Instructions for using the Wi-Fi are provided once the booking is made. There is no carbon monoxide detector as it is not necessary, since the heating and cooking appliances are electric.
