Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa el hospedarnos en la vivienda de Kathlen, además de su amabilidad y cordialidad, sentimos la calidez de un hogar con su compañía y amistad. Un bello jardín que da sosiego cada mañana y unos perros realmente cariñosos hacen de la estadía una experiencia excepcional. Asimismo , la cocina se encuentra debidamente equipada al igual que todos los ambientes que se oferta, que sumado al trato tan familiar que brinda Kathlen, hacen que recomendemos sin lugar a dudas el hospedarse con ella.

Gracias infinitas a David por su buena vibra y el trato tan amable al recibirnos. El lugar es hermoso y la experiencia fue genial!

Gustavo and Sandra were great hosts and were very welcoming. They were very responsive when I needed help with anything. The apartment is in a great location. There are many food spots in walking distance, and Walmart is not too far away. There is a grocery store one block away. There are also a couple of gyms in walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

A nice little stay near the airport. I walked from the airport and it seemed safe the entire way. Very easy check in , good for if you get to San Jose late at night. Would recommend for nights of arrival/ departure. Sound wasn’t a big issue as some other comments stated. You will hear some but honestly less noise than most hostels.

This Airbnb is located in a quiet cul de sac that lends to the over all feeling of privacy and calm. The place is ideal for one or two people to use as a base for exploration. It’s easy walking distance to shops and a park. It’s also very close to a hotel that can be used to be picked up from when signing up for trips on trip advisor, Viator, or Get your guide. Juan Carlos and Mauricio were ideal hosts. We had arranged for a driver to pick me up. When the driver was unable to make it at the last moment,rather than cancel and refer me to uber, Juan Carlos, himself, came. I was impressed! Juan Carlos and Mauricio were available to answer any questions I had throughout my stay. They responded in short order to any communication I sent. They were warm and personable. The stay was handled in a professional yet caring manner. I’d choose this Airbnb again if I return to San Jose. I recommend it highly to you!

This place is definitely beautiful- the view of the mountains is incredible and the surrounding nature is stunning. We stayed for a month in March/ April and I wish we had AC- it’s really really hot during the day and the fan is not enough. Kitchen is not great for long term stay but manageable. Outdoor furniture could be upgraded so that it’s actually useable. Lastly the Airbnbs next door are often used for parties on the weekend.. Overall beautiful place but could use a bit of an upgrade.

Allan and Jorge were amazing Airbnb hosts with excellent communication throughout our stay. They provided clear instructions that made check-in and check-out super easy, and they shared great recommendations for shuttles, restaurants, and local spots. The apartment was peaceful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The photos in the listing are 100% accurate — what you see is exactly what you get. The neighborhood felt very safe, and it’s about a 20-minute walk to the downtown area. Ubers are easy to get and cost around $3 USD, which was super convenient. We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!

A pocos pasos de restaurantes y el centro de San José, el espacio estaba muy limpio y ordenado, la vista espectacular, las puertas corredizas de la habitacion no permiten que entre ruido, la recepción es muy bonita y los chicos que trabajan ahí fueron amables, el check in fue rapido y el anfitrion nos permitió llegar antes ya que teniamos unas actividades por hacer.

Excelente ubicación,ñ y edificio muy bonito con modernas amenidades y con tiendas y lugares convenientes muy cercano

this is a room in a really fun hotel. the hotel is new and very arty. the neighborhood is fun. the cafe to the right of the entrance is good with good wifi and food. to the right is a nice minimart (2nd one). there are nice parks nearby.

Muy recomendado el airbnb! Pedro y su mamá son super atentos, muy buena comunicación, siempre allí si necesitas algo y de igual manera tienes toda tu privacidad. Durante mi estancia de pronto hacia mucho frio y me dieron unas cobijas extra, super bien! El estudio es muy amplio, tine sus años pero uno se siente muy cómodo y es muy bien mantenido. Tiene hasta una mesa grande con silla cómoda para trabajar. Es un lugar super tranquilo. A unas cuadras hay cafes, restaurantes y como a 10/15min esta la universidad donde hay muchas opciones para comida del dia. La zona no es mi favorito del mundo, pero el airbnb vale la pena!

Kimberly was a great host! She was very welcoming and responsive. I had some trouble with getting in & out of the house and she responded and came to help me right away. The space is exactly like what is listed on the pictures. I felt safe in the neighborhood and there was plenty of restaurants & shopping in walking distance. The neighbors do have dogs that can bark quite a bit but during the night, they were quiet. Not to the fault of Kimberly though. Would stay here again for the price & location & how friendly Kimberly was! Thank you again Kimberly!

It was great for getting in late and being near the bus stop for an early morning trip the next day.

Ich habe drei Monate an der Deutschen Auslandsschule gearbeitet und die Unterkunft liegt zentral in Pavas und gegenüber der deutschen Schule. Camille war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, die immer auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingeht. Die Wohnung war immer topp sauber und die Bilder entsprechen der Realität.

Un lugar excelente. Recomendado.
