Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Río San Juan

Frailyn a été un excellent hôte,il répondait à toutes nos exigences et très rapidement,j’ai adoré demeurer dans cette maison beaucoup de luminosité,trois grande chambre,ameublement neuf ,beaucoup de serviette et de couverture,chaudron ,et vaiselle parfait! Il y a pas d’air climatisé dans la cuisine et salon mais ont as toujours une très bonne brise de vent ..l’extérieur avec le toit c’est très pratique 2 chaises longues,une petite table et un ensemble de sofa parfait pour nous! La piscine est de très bonne grandeur ! Beaucoup de sécurité sur le site ! Le sol bémol la plage est à 15 minutes à pieds mais ça vaut la peine..merci pour mes deux mois passez dans cette belle maison!

This location is absolutely amazing has everything you might need in this a perfect place. If you're interested in kite surfing enjoying the beach or spending time in cabarete. I highly recommend this location. I have stayed there several times and I will stay there in the future.

I had a terrific time at Eric's place. The beach was awesome and I hope that this place is available when I return to the country. I would recommend this place.

La casa era exactamente lo que sale en la publicación, Jhoselyn y su gente muy amables, proactivos, cercanos y atentos a cualquier pregunta o recomendación. La playa el encuentro es ideal para ir con los niños y mejor aún si quieren aprender a practicar surf, la casa cercana a supermercados y otras playas en auto, barrio muy tranquilo y seguro. Nosotros fuimos con 5 niños y estábamos muy cómodos, relación precio calidad excelente. Muy recomendable.

The place was clean and the view is incredible! It is right next to the Sea. The location is on a busy road, so bring earplugs if the noise bothers you. It is up 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. It is walkable to restaurants, bars, and shops. Emelly was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Un endroit magnifique. Le plus bel endroit pour vivre à Cabarette. Les gens sont gentils, l’endroit est très propre. La piscine est de belle grandeur pour faire des longueurs. Prendre des grandes marches sur la plage. Le service de ménage hebdomadaire. Les serviettes de plage. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance d’avoir la terrasse sur le toit mais quand elle sera faite ce sera encore plus magnifique 🤩. Service de restaurant accessible sur le site pour dîner/souper et boissons alcoolisées. À distance de marche des épiceries, bars et restaurants aux menus variés. Luïs répond très rapidement à toutes les demandes. Tout est parfait dans ce super condo!

Our stay at Flavien’s Villa was superb. The view was breathtaking, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth, and we had a great time. The villa is conveniently located near all the main spots in Río San Juan. Each room offers privacy, great accommodations, and a private bathroom. We’ll definitely come back — highly recommended!

Joel fue muy atento, un servicio sumamente ideal y proactivo❤️ Jerson, el encargado fue un sol durante las 2 noches y los 3 días que mi familia y yo estuvimos allá. Definitivamente el lugar no le hace justicia las fotos, es todavía mejor, súper espacioso y cupimos muy bien mi familia (19 personas) tuvimos un inconveniente muy pero muy menor con relación a algo simple y Jerson fue muy amable y nada grosero. Lugar 10/10 servicio al cliente 10/10 instalaciones 10/10 espero volver pronto!

El alojamiento está bien ubicado, es amplio y se ve muy bien.

The villa was nice. Our A/c wasn’t working the first night and maintenance staff was very proactive to help despite it being a holiday. The team was very friendly and responsive. Overall the villa is perfect for large groups. The pool was clean and the space itself was beautiful. I would definitely come back!

Precioso lugar para pasar en familia y en entorno de paz. Bellas instalaciones que invitan al descanso y disfrute de la naturaleza (incluidos insectos inofensivos). Muy bien ubicada, cerca de las atracciones de Rio San Juan. Al ser citadina, se extraña tener personal de seguridad cerca, aunque el lugar no transmita señales de inseguridad. Se tuvo respuesta oportuna a las solicitudes durante la estadía. Muy buena opción de hospedaje!

Las fotos no justifican lo hermoso que es el lugar, se aprecia cada detalle de las hermosas montañas, la casa tiene buen espacio y cuenta con lo necesario, más sin embargo deben mejorar bastante la limpieza ya que al permanecer mucho tiempo cerrado se concentrado un olor a humedad tanto en sábanas como fundas de almohadas y mis familiares estuvieron un poco disgustados al respecto. Fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente y tranquilo.

Lugar cómodo y bonito. Céntrico para conocer y disfrutar del pueblo de Cabrera y zonas aledañas. La Sra. Luz es excelente host, atenta y muy cuidadosa del espacio.

Stunning view and quiet for those who want to experience the beauty of the DR away from the resort life and off the beaten path. Rio San Juan was very close, with small convenience stores for necessities, a few small restaurants, and an authentic vibe. Beaches and lagoon nearby, and easy access to other towns, beaches, and natural areas in under 30 minutes of drive. Back to the view - absolutely breathtaking. The house was lovely, fresh and modern with cozy touches and art supplies, as well as games to play. Pool was perfect, and there were several areas outdoors to enjoy the weather and scenery. As beautiful as the nearby beaches were, we ended up spending half our time just relaxing "at home"! Owner was extremely responsive and helpful, with great suggestions and recommendations, as well as assistance when asked. Couldn't be better. It's a big world...but we hope to return to the Villa!

This hidden gem nestled beside the Yasika River in Sabaneta offered an absolutely beautiful escape, a true hideaway perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. The stunning trees and peaceful atmosphere were truly inspiring. Whether exploring the river by canoe or stand-up paddleboard – both readily available and equally wonderful – the natural beauty continued. As night fell, the atmosphere became truly magical, with the enchanting sounds of nature and the gentle glow of fireflies creating a captivating backdrop. Our beautifully decorated room provided everything we needed, and Corinne and her husband were incredible hosts. I can't wait to return to this truly special place. We loved it!

I stayed one week here and the property is as it is featured in the listing. The hosts and locals are very friendly. I did not have any problems walking around the area. The location is in a country setting in the middle of farmland so you can easily enjoy a natural environment by walking five minutes away from the property. Because of its remote location the hosts will connect you with a local driver you can hire. This part of Cabrera is the most beautiful part of the country I have seen.

Reccommended 100%! This was the perfect overnight stop on our return trip. Madelin is the ideal host--gracious, attentive, punctual and completely reliable. My family and I won't hesitate to book again with her! Thank you so much Madelin!
