Spectacular place to share with family, do water sports, fishing, diving, wakeboarding, kitesurfing. There are also hot springs 5 km away, a new complex, Termas del Sol, a beautiful place, possibility of taking walks and horseback riding, trekking and whatever you can think of in the tranquility of the south. The house has a fireplace and 2 woods. A quantity of firewood is provided for initiation, for additional you must request it from the caretaker with an additional charge.

Vintage studio, warm and bright, ideal for couples, solo travellers or quiet getaways. It is located inside a family property surrounded by nature, with lots of light, green views, a stream that runs through the property. This used to be the dining room of my grandparents' house, today adapted to this small independent studio with wooden details, antique objects and books that give it a cozy atmosphere. We are in the Luján neighbourhood. Ideal area for trekking or cycling

"La Escondida" Mountain House

The building has a modern style combining stones, wood and masonry. Large windows let in light all day long and make it possible to connect better with the natural environment and a beautiful view of the mountain range . The uneven terrain, native plants and trees and an attractive natural stream, spread over half a hectare, complete a composition that allows you to have moments of complete tranquility. The house has a generator, alarm and heating by radiant dishwasher.

Self-sustainable tiny house in Río Puelo

It is a rustic cabin, Tiny house type, sustainable for 2 people. VERY IMPORTANT: It has no TV, it has a small refrigerator, hairdryer, it has a wood-burning stove and air conditioning cold heat. It has a hot tub at an extra cost of $40,000 pesos. Surrounded by native trees, it was built trying to maintain balance with the surroundings. There is an outdoor stove. The town of Río Puelo is 1.5 kilometers away, and the Termas del Sol hot springs are 3 kilometers away

It has a very good internet connection and air conditioning in every room.

We are at the foot of the mountain between rivers and mountains with incredible flora and fauna where you can do outdoor activities such as trekking, hiking, boat tour on Lake Tagua Tagua and sport fishing. We are 10 minutes from Termas del Sol, and we also have a tinaja immersed in the forest. Today we have satellite Internet (Starlink) 24-hour solar electricity.
