We are in the center of the fishing village, 100m from the main arrival dock and the postcard of the Island, the Church of São Pedro and São Paulo and close to restaurants, market and beaches. Our house is located in Ipiabas, district of Barra do Piraí, on the Coffee Valley route, a region surrounded by farms, historic buildings, restaurants, cafes, craft shops, horse farms, churches and waterfalls. In the 4,500 m2 space, there is native forest, lake, gazebo, swimming pool, barbecue area, fireplace and lots of nature. Ideal for couples with children, friends or the whole family. It is 15 km from Conservatória, the land of the seresta, a must-see for anyone visiting the region.

The house on the island of Jaguanum is a paradise in itself and very special for us. Going there since I was little, it was where I had several adventures, climbed the rocks, swam to another island. Today it has a new look but still has the same essence. We are sharing this little corner for families and people who want to rest, unplug and enjoy the view!
