Holiday rentals with a patio in Río Piedras

I booked this property for my dad and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Communication with the host was seamless—always quick, helpful, and incredibly transparent. I had actually stayed here myself not too long ago, so I knew he was in good hands. The apartment is not only comfortable but also perfectly located—right in the heart of everything, making it super convenient for getting around.

My stay here was very welcoming very peaceful and quiet felt at home I was there for 20 days and almost didn’t want to leave the bed is so comfy it almost consumes you all together 10/10 location is great it’s close to a lot gas station around the corner bank for the atm right there the beach are 8-10 mins away loved it

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here! The location is very central in San Juan. We slept very comfortably at Manuel’s place, it’s super cute we loved having our little coffee in our private entrance! Great place to rest after a long day visiting Old San Juan!

It was a nice gated airbnb. We arrived at 4am and the host was still responsive. We had some difficulty with the gate when we arrived but host was able to assist us. Overall great place.

My friends and I definitely enjoyed our stay at this unforgettable gem. The terrace was definitely our favorite part definitely worth every penny spent here. You can hear the nature especially at night its incredible I will for suuuure miss sleeping to the sounds of the forest in the backyard. We even went to the river in the back but be careful not to slip and fall into it like I did when I went there after a night out of drinks haha. Willy was very kind and welcoming he even sent us a list of restaurants to try out we appreciated him a lot. I hope to be back one day

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. This Airbnb looks exactly like the photos. We were welcomed with 2 little souvenirs which was so nice and welcoming. There was warm water our whole stay and the air conditioning was perfect. My partner and I felt safe at all times, especially with the few different locks and the private parking which was a plus!! This place is perfect for a little romantic getaway for couples. We stayed for 6 nights and we felt so at home and comfortable every time we got back from a long day of adventures. It was spotless and also provided soooo soo many amenities. The neighborhood was super quiet, safe, and friendly. Mayra was veryyy quick at responding and extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions and also gave me recommendations for parking as I had the Rauw Alejandro concert to go to! Very thankful for that. This Airbnb is also so close to everything. Don’t hesitate- book now! My partner and I look forward to coming back! This was one of our favorite trips. This Airbnb is very special!

Loved our stay at the Angel’s apt! Host was very attentive, would check in regularly and gave clear instructions about checking in/out! Place was beautiful, neat and clean! 🎉Would definitely love to return again soon!

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

This was our second time staying at Armando’s place. Extremely satisfied and will definitely consider it next time we’re visiting Puerto Rico again. Accessible to everything you could want/need with all the amenities readily available. Very responsive and accommodating if you need any help or changes. Would 100% recommend staying at Armando’s property.

Harold’s place was just as described! Loved it. The pool was recently installed just ahead of our trip so we were the first to experience it totally elevated an already Gorgeous space! Only annoying this was one of the neighbors had a dog that barked allll day long and very early in the morning making it hard to sleep in. Otherwise, very safe neighborhood and good location! Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay in San Juan was nothing short of exceptional! The space was perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, & thoughtfully designed with plenty of space to enjoy together or retreat for solo time. The massive outdoor terrace is a beautiful sanctuary. The location is the perfect balance—close to beaches & all the action, yet tucked away enough for an authentic Puerto Rican experience. It felt incredibly safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our trip. As a mom, traveling solo with 3 kids, this was especially important to me. But what truly sets this stay apart was the host. Tommy’s hospitality is second to none—warm, proactive, & genuinely invested in making sure we were having a great time. From helpful recommendations to thoughtful check-ins, he went above & beyond. If we needed anything, I knew he was just a quick message away. I highly recommend Casita Coqui to anyone looking for a memorable & comfortable stay! We can’t wait to return to our newfound paradise! 🏝️

Tania was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was also very responsive which made things easier. The property was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and I felt right at home. The apartment is just as described in the pictures and everything is near by which was a great thing. I highly recommend and the area is very beautiful too.

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.

Milly saved our trip by letting us last minute book with her after an unexpected experience at another air bnb! The condo was located in an awesome location where we enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful water. Also the space was very comfortable, clean, and located in a convenient space near local stores, restaurants, and the highway. Definitely will ask Milly to stay with her again!

Breathing view from the balcony, the hanging chair was my favorite part. Everything was 100% to our liking as well as location, security downstairs was very helpful in giving directions. Beach and pool is a must when staying here, easy access!!
