The cleaning crew was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless and comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the front desk staff, who were always responsive and attentive to any questions or requests I had. Richard and Cathy were extremely responsive! Always available to answer a question and help us with anything including rental car, taxi, etc. They delivered 5 gallon jugs of water whenever we needed them. Super friendly people. We will be returning next winter!

We had a large group family for a 7 day stay. It felt at home, spacious, clean bedding and pillows so comfy! Amira was an excellent host, very attentive, and responsive to all our needs. we had a few questions that came up and Amira quickly answered our questions. We will for sure rent again from Amira and can't wait to go back again!

What a great place to start our family vacation in Sosúa. Robert and Kat were so easy to communicate with, and aside from the slightest hiccup upon arrival (a very minor miscommunication with the security gate, which was very quickly addressed and fixed by Kat), it was truly a perfect stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Super easy to get to the beach, close to grocery stores, a great restaurant within SOV, and a few playground and water park options that the kids loved…something for everyone! The villa is in a newer section of SOV that is still in development, so some construction is happening on the periphery, though it wasn’t loud or disruptive to our peace in any way. All in all it was a super comfortable home base for so many DR experiences, would absolutely stay there again.

Jaay was such a great host! Very responsive at any time & always provided us with restaurant recommendations as well as other activities. The house was spotless and so spacious! We had a group of 8 and there was more than enough room. I’d definitely recommend this beautiful home to friends/family.

Excellent place, good communication, the water went out at 8 pm for a theme with a pipe and in 20 minutes it was already resolved and with water. It was just communicate and resolved. Thank you for everything

Quiet location, very nice and spacious place.

This villa was as beautiful as advertised, from the moment you walk in you see the giant windows with the amazing view of the ocean and surrounding area. Everything as advertised, my only complaint would be the water pressure but that is common from what I have seen in the DR as a whole. I would definitely recommend and I will be staying here again!

I’ve stayed in a lot of beautiful places but this spot is a step above. Personal security, private chef and 24hr transportation. Three story house 5 beautiful bedrooms and baths. All the amenities and more. I can go on and on about this gorgeous place but I’ll stop here. I’ll definitely book again and again.

Yiraldi’s AirBnB was beautiful, well-kept and fun to be at. The amenities were great and easy to use, and is a very easy to use space for a large group. I would definitely recommend renting this location!

Truly a great experience overall and this trip was a surprise for my partner, she absolutely loved everything about it! We were instantly welcomed with open arms by John and Joanne, they gave us a tour and it was such a unique feeling. Very wholesome, lots to do in the home and outside as well, they offer a great ATV excursion and showed us the true beauty of puerto plata! They even recommended amazing places for nightlife and restaurants. The home was in great condition, and we got the well deserved break we needed! Highly recommend :)

Kelvin was a great host. Also, the description matched my expectations. The place is a great value and is close to many good restaurants (my favorite was Swai but I also really liked 2 others: La Capola and The Food Truck King). Kelvin was very helpful and welcoming.

Jadiel was a very responsive and helpful host. The house had plenty of space, patio areas, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well done, with good AC. The power went off one night a couple times, but the home generator kicked in and kept the AC on. We picked the location because of ease to the airport, and still don't really have a good understanding of the area, but it was easy, felt safe, etc. The home is fenced in, including electrical wires on top of fence and gate. Bedding was comfortable, water was hot, and wifi was good. An excellent stay and if we come back with the right size group for the home, we'd be happy to stay here again. Thanks Jadiel for a great stay in Santiago.

I do not believe the photos do justice to actually what you are paying for. Starting with the actual location of the villa. The residential community is up-kept very well so driving up to the house was already a picture perfect moment. The house itself was everything we wanted and more. The inside was very well maintained and clean. We had all rooms available and there was only two of us. We slept in every room during our stay and all rooms have comfy beds with AC that make for a pleasurable sleep. Every room has a bathroom with a shower. There are no bath tubs, however is one necessary when there is a pool and consistent warm weather? All appliances are included for cooking and there are many local restaurants if you prefer not to cook. The pool is fantastic and probably goes to 5-6 ft deep. You can grill. There are people that come throughout the stay to clean the pool. These are the workers for the whole community. They are friendly and do not interrupt. Cant wait to book again!
