On the ground floor of the accommodation (41 m2) is the room comprising the living area, dining room and kitchen, the latter with a peninsula layout that gives the whole space a sense of spaciousness and functionality. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils (induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, cookware, crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc.).
