The house is delightful, super cozy, clean and pleasant!!! Deri answered all my questions and provided all the support before and during the stay! The house is on the beach street, but it's a bit far, so I had to go by car as I have children! The city is very clean and cozy. Supermarket, shopping and restaurants are on the street of the house closest to the beach, super easy access! The pool heating also works very well, the water was super warm, the children enjoyed it a lot! I recommend it.

We always look for places that allow pet and that make it possible to prepare quick snacks, a shake, alternating with external meals. The flat served perfectly, with various utensils and everything working. Only problem: the local voltage being 220V did not allow the use of some devices that we brought, but the staff provided us with a small transformer and everything went well. The location is perfect, practically "foot in the sand", as well as being next to a small but friendly shopping mall with lots of dining options, and close to several other restaurants, bars and street shops. You can do everything on foot. And not to mention that Juquehy remains a pleasant "villa", with only horizontal houses and condominiums. It is well worth it.

Our stay was great, the house is extremely well located and functional, very clean and no mess or smell of mold or anything, which ended up exceeding our expectations. The rooms and bathrooms are good, the kitchen has a multitude of good quality utensils and appliances and the ground floor offers rooms, bathroom, outdoor area, barbecue and a breathtaking and priceless view of the sea and the beach. We were able to have coffee and eat meals admiring the sea and even when using the kitchen, the stunning view stole our attention. This is a property that makes every penny count. The house is on the avenue that gives access to the beach, so there are all kinds of shops around. The caretaker couple helped us on arrival and conveyed security, promptly answering any questions, and also left us totally at ease, without unsolicited interactions. The house has an alarm, which we also think is good. Anyway, 10 out of 10! We will certainly return.

The house is beautifully kept with nice comfy beds, adequately stocked kitchenware, and nice beach chairs to bring along when we went to the beach. The house itself is on a property that is gated and feels private with access to two small beaches that were amazing to walk along. It was special to come back each day from our various adventures in the area and have a nice place to relax. The best part was waking up to the sun rising over the mountains, a view of Ilhabela, and many birds chirping and flying along the water. It was such a beautiful place to be! The location allowed us to get to Praia do Guaeca, the ferry to Ilhabela, and Sao Sebastiao (for groceries at Pao de Açúcar) very easily. The host is very responsive and was helpful.

We had a great hosting experience. The house was super clean and organized, which made us very comfortable on arrival. Camila was attentive throughout the stay and communication flowed very well. The decoration of the house is very beautiful and well thought out, equipped with the utensils necessary to cook and serve comfortably. The balcony with screen is very good to ensure the safety of pets and children. We would definitely return.
