Excellent stay, totally recommended either to rest and disconnect for several days or spend a night near Balmaceda for a flight the next day. The cabin was equipped with everything you need. Communication with Joel was always efficient.

Stayed here for part of our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. Absolutely stunning scenery and the hosts ensured the tinaja was heated as well as wood stove in home upon arrival. Not to mention, the breakfast each morning was perfect and delicious. We really enjoyed the hot showers and proximity to villa cerro castillo but also how private and remote it felt. I cannot recommend this place enough!

For those who want to be in a secluded and quiet place with the best views, this is definitely the place. Ignacio is very proactive and responds instantly to any issue that arises, it was a good family experience cooking with wood, just as our grandparents did in the countryside.

exelente,Don Raúl very kind, he went to get us to the barge and on retiring from the cabin he went to leave us in the center (we went without a car ), ideal to arrive by vehicle to the cabin, nice home , has everything and hopefully take care of it when they go. Don Raúl and his wife gave us bread and eggs because we did not have time to buy and we arrived late.. super friendly,the people of the south in general are exelente, we have been touring the whole Austral road for a month and we have met pure good people. The main cabin is excellent, unbeatable views! The second has a lot of potential and is super helpful. Barbara is a great host, very concerned and friendly. Very good for a little retreat in nature with those beautiful surroundings!

Wonderful cabin! Everything was impeccable and clean, located in a beautiful setting with priceless views of Lake Pollux and direct access to it. Close to downtown Coyhaique but far enough to disconnect (35-40 min) and get to know the surrounding cities and towns. The road is unpaved but totally passable and friendly, we arrived in a 4x2 vehicle. Its owners are a delight, they waited for us even though we were late and they accompanied us to the place, giving us the instructions very kindly, and were always very attentive to how we were doing. The cabin is really nice, comfortable and cozy, it exceeded our expectations, we recommend it 100%.

We flew in to Balmaceda and wanted a cabin for a hot shower before backpacking in Patagonia. Leaving 30 below C in Montana USA and waking up to green grass and a gorgeous view was a nice start to our trip....and the showers were hot!

This is the second time I have stayed at this cabin. The place is amazing, I think it's the place with the best view in the area. The cabin has all the conveniences for a stay of 6 people. I'll definitely do it again

Beautiful place - we wished we could have stayed longer. Claudia is really welcoming and we felt right at home from the start. It has everything needed, comfy bed and good shower.

The place is incredible, quiet and comfortable. Good facilities, comfortable for groups of 4-5 people, with good internet and installation for a good rest on the route. Puerto Guadal has everything, some restaurants, local supermarkets and plenty of commerce. We'll definitely be back!.

A quiet place and close to the waterfront to tour. Everything is great and easy to find

A very spacious, quiet and very beautiful house. The lake is reflected in every window. Very clean, excellent beds. A great place to vacation. Puerto Guadal is also a lovely town. Highly recommended!!!

We felt very comfortable in the cabin. Walking you can get to the town square, restaurants, convenience store and marble cathedrals tours. Bastian recommended us where to eat and made us the contact for the tours. Great host.

This was the last place we stayed on our trip and it was certainly the best! Clean, well appointed, had everything we needed. Easy to find, easy to park and easy to get to Coyhaique or Balmaceda. Great value, great stay!

Wonderful place, great hospitality, I cannot recommend it more. Clean, cozy cabin just a few blocks from the ferry port. Maricel was an excellent communicator, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The next day, we needed to find a ride into Reserva Jeinimeni to begin a trek and Maricela’s husband drove us right to the ranger station and stuck around to make sure we had no issues registering at the station.

Very cozy, the living room and firewood heating that I liked the most about the place. The ideal bed for very comfortable sleeping mattress and lodges ideal for the cold. Camila is great as a host, always attentive to everything.
