Modern and newly renovated apartment, next to the Praça Rio Grande Mall. Accommodates up to 4 people, with a master bedroom and an office with a sofa bed. It has air-conditioning in all rooms, a full kitchen, a tastefully decorated living room, fast Wi-Fi and a covered parking space. Safe, quiet and very central location. Note: The apartment is on the 4th floor and the building has no elevator, but the comfort and location totally make up for it! :)
