Excellent location next to the Laghetto hotel, a variety of shops in the area. Apartment with large integrated living room and bedroom, bathroom and separate kitchen, has a balcony facing the street with a beautiful view of Tamandaré Square. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and all the necessary appliances for your stay. Parking only in front of the building, very quiet to leave on the street because the reception of the hotel next door is open 24 hours, so there is always movement.

The house is modern and has everything you need to make the most of your stay. A place to relax, wake up to the birds singing, take a nap in the hammock and recharge with a beautiful dip in the sea. If you come to work, there is a special place with a comfortable chair and 300Mb wifi.
