After a year-long remodeling project, I’m thrilled to present this personal residence Kaya Kalpa. Every inch of the property has been thoughtfully remodeled. Ideal place for artists, wanderers, all walks of life practitioners to come reset, reflect, and create.  The space is located on Amsterdam street in Condesa, one block from Parque Mexico. New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

ACCESSIBLE FROM CDMX or PUEBLA Copilli is our cabin built with lots of love, located between CDMX & Puebla on the Paso de Cortes. It's a semi-remote space, for people who want to disconnect with technology and conect with nature. The cabin is OFF GRID: no cell service and solar energy, accessed by dirt road. It's 12,100 ft above sea level, a rare high-alpine experience, with plenty fresh air and cool temperatures. It's a place to relax and enjoy the views of the volcano and forest.

Enjoy the outdoors in the forest. In the morning you can listen to the birds singing with a coffee, take the time to connect with your tribe and enjoy the day as few times you can. The cabin is located 15 minutes from the center of Tepoztlán by vehicle or 5 minutes walk to the transport that will take you to the center. You can also avoid all the traffic as you don't need to cross downtown. Very convenient for long weekends and holidays. The property is fenced. Vegetation varies.
