Upon arriving here at the location of the property, the place is full of activities to enjoy life, whether in the practice of sports as a simple walk around the logoa, trail in the dune formations, boat trips and water bikes or even a paragliding jump. In addition to all of this the Marlon property is located close to supermarkets, great restaurant and snack bars. Valeu very much spend a part of my vacation here I am very grateful. Hostess Ana Maria is extremely attentive, kind, and left everything tidy according to the photos. New bed linen, more than one towel for each person. Minibar, electric kettle to heat water, box of sachets with various teas, pampering candy, air-conditioning working. Parking. Honest price. Great location. We walked to see the Octoberfest parade, as it is close to XV de Novembro Street. It's the second time we've stayed and we'll definitely be back. I recommend it.

The apartment is great, large, as well as the condominium as a whole and very quiet without agitation. The building is very well located, close to supermarket, pharmacy, park. We were very well served by Guilherme and pel Aline who performed our check-in which was even very solicitous when we arrived, responding promptly.
