It is at the end of the backyard of the main house, being totally separate and independent. For the EXCLUSIVE use of the guest, it has a bedroom, bathroom and MINI kitchen for small and quick preparations. Three blocks from ICARAÍ BEACH and in front of Campo de São Bento. The gate to the street is shared with the main house. As there is no parking in the village, I recommend a nearby paid parking lot.

Here you will live an experience of how a native lived in the past. An old house with a backyard overlooking Christ the Redeemer, one of the oldest houses in the region still standing. The location, despite having to climb stairs, makes it much easier. We are in the best neighborhood that has everything you need. Easy transportation to the south zone and downtown Rio de Janeiro is also a differential. Niterói has beautiful beaches such as Itacoatiara, Camboinhas, Sossego, Piratininga, Itaipu… all 30 minutes from the site.

In the bucolic neighborhood of Sta. Teresa, on a very wooded plot of 1000m² on two levels, on the lower level are 2 totally independent units that share a garden and swimming pool: This Apartment and the Studio (another listing). Overlooking Christ (Corcovado), the mountain and the Sambadrome (Carnival parades), we are in front of the old church and next to a family square with bistros. In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau and are always available to help.

We live in a charming house on the street that divides Glória, Catete and Santa Teresa. In 2013, we listed an independent apartment on Airbnb that we had idle here. Then, a little house that we built to receive English friends at the 2014 World Cup, and now it is time to announce this other one that we have just renovated and is delicious, with the right to a private deck and a support cup. Access is through the garden or the main house. The common areas are spacious and airy, with no risk of crowding!

The studio consists of a double bed, full private bathroom with hot shower, minibar, dresser with drawers and air conditioning. It's on the 3rd floor, no elevator. The building is 1 block from the lagoon and 8 minutes' walk from Ipanema beach, with plenty of shops around and many dining options, such as bars, restaurants, markets, etc.

Terrace with magnificent views. We have laundry. A few minutes by car from metro and beach of Barra da Tijuca. We charge $50 AUD to use the BBQ. We do not allow pets.

My apartment is a duplex penthouse, the entrance to the apartment is on the first floor where I live with my family.
