This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley, with views of Cerro Pedernal and the mountains. Rustic, cozy, with all basic amenities. Ideal for the solo artist or couple. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). It's helpful to check in on it, however, due to our contained pups further back on the land. Open to longer stays at discounted price. Write about either to discuss!

The quaint village of Dixon (an artist and vineyard, orchard, organic farm community) is just a mile away.

This Earthship is great for experiencing a home that is quiet, serene, romantic, private, (one acre lot) surrounded by acres of sagebrush and chamisa. and is only 15 minutes from town. The inside is dark adobe with gold straw, with flagstone floors, and rustic Sycamore Oak beams. 3 kivas fireplaces too! We remodeled the cabin recently, so it is ready for your family’s adventures. During winter months, 4x4 or AWD vehicle may be necessary, due to snow.
