Rent half of this beachfront duplex in the lovely Sea Beach area. (Other side also available…just ask). Best swimming beach in Rincon. Short walk to town and shopping. Many wonderful restaurants close by. Sunday Farmers Market and Thursday Art Walk. Just sit out front on the 16' x 35' porch and watch the beautiful sunsets nightly. Back up solar powered battery for the essentials in case of a power outage. Rincon...the "Riviera" of Puerto Rico!
