Welcome to our Downtown Charmer apartment! Beautiful, recently updated 1 Bedroom/1 Bath apartment that is part of a larger home. This space is on the 2nd floor, with a private staircase entrance. This lovely retreat is peaceful and relaxed and only a few blocks to Carpinteria Beach. We are located less than a block from our main downtown area on Linden Ave. There is well over 20 restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and candy specialty shops, you name it - to provide culinary delights.

Attention: If you’re concerned about the Palisades Fire, rest assured our area is completely unaffected. If coming north take 101 fwy to avoid pch. We used a new 2022 Airstream x Pottery Barn special edition to create our “Malibu Lovestream”. Then we built a beautiful 1000 square foot deck with sun shades and lights overlooking the mountains and ocean. We then surrounded the place with plants and a great palm tree and tiny stones to blend in to the landscape. We are 10 min from the beach.

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

Welcome the the newly completed Sea Lofts at Padaro Beach. This is Santa Barbara's most exclusive beach. You won't find closer accommodations to the water for miles. Not only are you a few feet from the sea, you are a hundred yards from surf shops, restaurants and boutiques. The Sea Lofts are the premier beach destination for Santa Barbara. You can walk for miles at low tide, or just sit on the deck or beach and watch the sunset. The lofts are well appointed with kitchenettes.

A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.
