We really enjoyed the size of the apartment and how well it was kept up. Marcela was very responsive. I just wish we had had more time to explore the neighborhood.

Booked this last minute and excellent communication. The place is newer and has great restaurants on the street level . Awesome pool and even better 21st floor to rooftop where you can spend the morning relaxing or wind down in the evening ! Check in was a breeze. The cooking facilty was awesome. Close to city but far enough to be away from the hustle n bustle

Juan's place was wonderful! Beautiful apartment in a great building! so unique! had great amenities. Pool, Gym, great restaurants. the apartment was clean and had snacks and water for our arrival. The views were breathtaking. We received support throughout our stay and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described—actually, even better than expected! What the photos don’t show is that there are two balconies, including one directly off the main bedroom, which was a lovely surprise. The space was clean and well-equipped. The fridge and other amenities were spot on, and the couch and chairs were comfortable. There’s a washer and dryer inside. Comes with a floor fan . Come to think of it, didn’t get hot at all in the apartment. Although we didn’t get a chance to fully explore the neighborhood, we noticed several nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance and The location felt safe. The hosts were very communicative throughout the stay and even arranged for us to check in early, which was a big help. The check-in process itself was seamless, and the front desk staff were welcoming and kind. Overall, it was a great stay. We’d definitely book again the next time we’re in

This is a fantastic home to stay in for airport arrivals and departures, or if interested in visiting Alajuela's churches and museums and the surrounding mountains and Volcan Poas. It certainly is full of personality and every amenity you could need. We enjoyed it so very much, we will definitely return as we live in Costa Rica and are frequently in and out of the airport at twilight hours (we've already rebooked for later this year). The home is quiet, spacious, colorful and safe. Thank you Kenneth & team for thinking of every needed item!

I had a great stay in San José. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that came up during my stay. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. I’d definitely stay here again.

Truly an incredible, quiet, peaceful Costa Rican experience. Great for families, especially those with younger children- space to run and play, stocked with toys, and -a true treasure in CR- has a more powerful washer and dryer for “resetting” if you’re on a longer trip and need fresh clean clothes. The road in takes courage and potentially a 4x4 if you’re not used to driving the terrain like a Tico. Hosts are among the top 1% of all AirBnB hosts globally- intuitive, clean, accommodating, extremely well organized. Cooler weather and fewer mosquitoes than in other areas of the country. Best stay we have had in many trips to the area- thank you!

Laura and Verny are wonderful hosts. We were very grateful that they opened their beautiful home to us. From the moment we walked into the house, we felt like we were walking into our own home. Laura had everything in her kitchen that I needed to cook and bake for my family. The views surrounding their home are breathtaking. Verny and Laura were very respectful to our privacy and made sure that we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying at this AirB&B the next time you visit this beautiful country. Excelente lugar. Muy bonito y acogedor. La decoración estaba bien bonita. El edificio tiene vista fabulosa, una barra en el lobby y la decoración de los pisos con diferentes concepto me gusto. 100% recomendado.

This apartment is the one I would like to stay at every time I have to go to San Jose. After a busy day in the city, it's the perfect place to relax and rest, it is very quiet neighborhood and the location is very convenient as it is very easy to get to. The kitchen is well equipped, with good stainless steel pots so I would have even be able to cook a meal! Very comfortable bed, a perfect walk-in closet and all the appliances I needed. Sheyla is very helpful and attentive, she replies promptly to all messages and is very kind! I highly recommend this apartment and hope to be able stay here on my next trip to San José!

El lugar estuvo súper bien, teníamos todo a la mano, lo único es que el lugar tiene poca ventilación y nosotros no sentimos que el ventilador de techo hiciera mucho aire como tal, sin embargo había un ventilador de pie y ese si funcionó bastante bien. El apartamento está bastante bien equipado, el internet y todo lo demás 10/10

The apartment is in a new modern building with multiple elevators, great parking space, great views of the city. 24 hours security, clean all around, friendly people very quiet and an attendant super host. The condo is a spacious two bedrooms apartment with television in every room. Master bedroom with walk in closet and big bathroom. Second bedroom also very nicely decorated. I will rent this place again if I return back to Costa Rica.
