The sleeping area has a large double bed and the living area has two sofa beds. Clean bedding for four people available right away. The kitchen is equipped with common appliances - hob, kettle, refrigerator, oven, dishes and silverware. The bathroom has a washer with accessories, towels, and common toiletries. WIFI throughout the apartment is a matter of course.

We offer accommodation in a newly renovated apartment - originally a barn - on an old farm estate near the village of Komařice in South Bohemia. The farm is located in a secluded area near the forest, about 1 km from the village in close proximity to ponds. The apartment is located in a separate building with its own entrance, which guarantees privacy regardless of the permanent residents of the family. You will have a living room with a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower.

The velux windows in the bedroom is facing a clean park, approx. 50 metres from a railway. Parking is available in the street.

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
