Beautiful 4-season chalet, unique and quiet for nature lovers. Located just 10 minutes from Lake Témiscouata and 20 minutes from Lake Pohénégamook. The chalet is located on a large wooded plot, offering a great view of the mountain and the surroundings. In winter, snowmobile trails are only 5 minutes from the place. For an evening fondue, a stove is available on site. It is also equipped with an indoor fireplace.

Beautiful renovated house. In the past it was the home part of a business. We kept the house and we made 3 other accommodations with the commercial space. We kept the charm of the house, it's very warm. What can I say about the place, it's such a peaceful place, it's so beautiful, the sunsets are exceptional. Outdoor amenities are only available from mid-May to mid-October, due to high tides. CITQ 305353
