The apartment is located in a renovated historic building, built in 1887. There are two parks next to the building. Apartment is freshly refurbished and is located on the second floor. Neighborhood is called quiet center surrounded by the Art Nouveau architecture, diplomatic area of embassies, restaurants and cafes. Few minutes’ walk away you will find Andrejosta – central marina with various restaurants, bars and clubs. Old Riga & other sightseeing objects are around 15 minutes’ walk away.

The studio apartment (36 m2) with a seperate bedroom is located in the very heart of Riga, 3 min walk from Alberta street, which if famous with its beautiful 19th century Art Nouveau buildings. 10 minute walk from the National Art Museum, 20 minutes from old town. The apartment is newly renovated, and it serves a function for “Artist-in-Residency”, as it is connected to the RIXC Gallery, located in the same building. Free parking 8PM-8AM and on weekends, paid parking 5 EUR/24h nearby.

A tiny one-room apartment, conveniently located - close to the airport, shops and the city center. I do my best to make you feel comfortable: I keep it clean, keep it tidy and try to create a cozy atmosphere. The house is old, but there is a yard and a parking space. Unfortunately, I can't influence some things, but inside you'll find a clean, tidy and comfortable space. Many guests give 5 stars for comfort and cleanliness, and I'm always happy to make your stay enjoyable!
