After staying a few days in the center of Barcelona, Silvia's place was a welcomed calm retreat on right on the beach. Silvia's communication, check in instructions and personalized touches around the apartment did not go unnoticed. Her place is impeccably well kept and quite honestly, the photos do not do it justice. The views to the beach and the walkability of the neighborhood are unmatched and I'd highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a beachfront stay just outside of the city. Having arrived slightly earlier than planned, my mom had the chance to meet and speak with Silvia and go to know her briefly before she provided endless amounts of honest recommendations of her local favorite spots. Silvia's place didn't feel like the typical big business run property lacking those special personal touches and it was quite refreshing to see.

Upon arrival we were informed that the apt we booked was not available so another apt was substituted. Therefore I cannot give feedback re: the apt in the listing BUT the substitution was located right in the Barcelona cathedral square just a very short walk to Las Ramblas and many other historic quarters. Great shopping, restaurants, bars, art installations, street musicians and artists. Very vibrant and fun. Walkable to Sagrada Familia, waterfront and so many other attractions. The washer and Nespresso machine were greatly appreciated. Clean bathroom and plenty of hot water

The Villa is beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice. Lots of spaces outside to sit/eat which was one of our favourite aspects of this property. Assia was always quick to respond. Georges looked after us during the week. He is a fabulous and attentive host. Flexible with check-in, quick to respond and at the villa within the hour if there were any problems. Despite having his own keys, Georges always rang the gate bell and waited for one of us to see him in, I thought this was super respectful. The pool was another reason we chose this property, with a mixed family ageing from 9years to 60 this was important to us. Before arrival I had asked whether the pool was heated, we were booked for the second week in April - before the summer sun could warm up the water and were initially told no. Georges later messaged to inform us he had now installed a pool heater in preparation for our stay. Attention to detail with cleanliness could be improved. Thank you, Assia and Georges.

From the first moment Kike was very nice and friendly with us. The place is very nice and quiet, we were able to barbecue, and enjoy the night peace in the jacuzzi. Kike was attentive at all times and right away we had some problem or some doubt was there right away. Both Kike and Tuesday (their perrete) have made our stay 10/10. We would definitely repeat and of course we recommend it 100%😊🤍

Gemma is a very thoughtful host. The apartment totally matches the description and is very warm, the center of Barcelona is barely 25 minutes by car.

Wonderful stay in Tarragona, charming accommodation, exceptional location on the large main square. Montse is very attentive to make sure everything goes smoothly! We were there Holy Week, Montse had warned us that it would be noisy, but we do not regret for a second because we were able to make the most of the ceremonies. Truly an exceptional moment and a prime location.

Everything was great, comfortable, safe. When I arrived, the area was a little sketchy, but later you realize it’s not bad and I felt comfortable walking day and night time. Overall I had a great stay

This townhome was everything we hoped for and more. The location is just unbeatable—directly above one of the beaches, with the most breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets over the Mediterranean. The home is bright, airy, and well maintained. It’s super comfortable, with incredible roof terraces. Sitges is wonderfully walkable, and from this spot, you're steps from the beach and just minutes away from amazing restaurants, cute cafés, and charming shops. No need for a car—you can walk everywhere! Our host was absolutely lovely—so kind, thoughtful, and incredibly communicative. They made everything easy and seamless, and were always available for questions or local recommendations. Our welcome basket was perfect and generous (everything we needed for the first day or two before we made it to the market). This was one of our favorite stays ever, and we can’t wait to come back. If you’re thinking about booking—do it. You won’t regret it!
