Apartment holiday rentals in Rideau Canal

Had such a lovely stay! I have to say that Michelle and Malcolm were such wonderful personable hosts who really went out of their way in kindness and generosity to make a very magical and memorable stay! I had the opportunity to be there for a friend gathering with live music in their backyard (they had told me about it before booking) and this was a very special experience for me. Joshua’s place was in pristine condition when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay as it was in a prime location which made our commute convenient and it made other amenities accessible for us. We will definitely be staying over the next time we visit.

The first thing I ask myself when giving a review is "would I stay here again?". Yes, I definitely would. Not only is it a great space in a fantastic location, the hosts (Adam and Lauren) communicated well and were super flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment is an easy 25 minute walk to downtown and a 3 minute walk to several nearby restaurants in The Glebe. It's on a quiet residential street though, so we had relaxing days and peaceful nights. I would recommend Adam and Lauren's place to anyone visiting Ottawa!

Geo is a fantastic host. Quick to respond to any question and his place was exactly as described. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and with lots of personal extras. It felt just like home! His friendly parents live upstairs and his mother even brought some homemade baklava and pita treats down to us. The location is very close to public transportation, the highway and shopping. Parking is safe and onsite. We would definitely stay here again.

Tolle Unterkunft um Ottawa zu besichtigen. Fußläufig direkt in Little italy mit leckeren Restaurants. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Wir würden es jeden empfehlen!

We had a lovely weekend stay at Rym’s place. The location is off a busy street but unbelievable quiet inside the apartment. The unit had comfortable beds and clean linens. We walked to downtown Ottawa, Landsdowne Park and Bank St. Lots of restaurants close by and parking on the property. Also appreciated the flexible check-in. Would recommend. Thanks Rym

Great airbnb. Location was close to downtown which was very easy to get to on public transit. Being in the heart of Chinatown there was plenty of places to eat. The place itself was clean and airy with fab amenities to make yourself totally at home. Hosts communicated in a timely way to any questions we had. Highly recommended.

Tracy went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. She had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom, and even left us a welcome gift of wine and chocolate. She responded in timely fashion to our questions, and gave us tips for shopping, museums and getting around the city. We were very pleased with the apartment, which was spacious, tastefully furnished and well-provisioned. It was a great experience! I highly recommend this host.

Josh was super friendly and immediately responded to questions we had. The place was spotless and had every single thing we needed. It was located in a lovely quiet street in a nice quiet neighbourhood. We walked a ton every day and it was a nice distance to everything we wanted to see and do. It’s located near some nice restaurants and coffee shops. Also near some nice walking/biking trails. We found some great bakeries too ( the Scone Witch and the Orange Turtle-a little further up St. Patrick-absolutely amazing!). Very comfy apartment, bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was spotless. Everything was perfect! Can’t say enough good things! Thank you Josh and family ❤️

Vincent est très accueillant et a répondu à toutes nos questions avec gentillesse. Le Airbnb est impeccable, magnifique et idéalement situé. Nous avons adoré l’atmosphère paisible et unique de l’endroit, à quelques minutes à pied de tout. Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos et a même surpassé nos attentes. Mention spéciale pour le charme un peu historique et les meubles vintage qui ajoutent beaucoup de caractère. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

J’étais avec une amie et nous allons y retourner si le logement est disponible aux même dates . Près d’Ottawa , dans un quartier neuf et tranquille . Logement impeccable. Près des épiceries , ou magasins à grandes surfaces . Bref , rien que du positif .

It’s a gorgeous house in a beautiful neighbourhood. The house was spotless, and I had everything that we needed. Joan was very good at responding to our requests, and it was close to anything you could want.

Super cute, clean and bright apartment in an easily walkable area of Ottawa. Kitchen was well stocked and we felt right at home for our six day's at Mitchell's. We were two sisters travelling, so I used the sofa bed which was comfortable enough and well situated in the suite. Would definitely stay again! Mitchell was awesome to deal with.

It was a great stay. Oksana and Alex were really great hosts. Check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment was neat and well organized. Enjoyed my stay!! Would love to go back again. 😊

This was by far one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! The loft we rented was absolutely beautiful—stylish, spotless, and even more stunning in person than in the already-gorgeous photos. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The owners were simply amazing (merci Pierre & his wife) —so welcoming, kind, and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Super accommodating and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, and we’re already planning our return. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back! 💛

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Denis’s house is a peaceful escape surrounded by jungle and a lake, absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The rustic decor is charming, and Denis was kind and very responsive. Our dog loved exploring the area too, highly recommended!
