Studio shelter house with an area of 33 sq. m with a balcony in an extended dormitory, with a beautiful view of the Western Tatras. Spacious, 4-meter interior finished with larch wood. King size bed 180x200cm with 2 single slides. Kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster coffee maker. A 100cm wide extendable armchair makes the studio comfortable for 2 people or 2 people with a child. An open-plan bathtub, a toilet with a sink in a separate room.

You will experience peace and quiet here, as well as space to spend quality time with yourself, as a couple or with your loved ones. Here you will find a view of the meadows and the majestic Spisz hills, and a few steps from us you will admire the beautiful panorama of the Tatra Mountains. We built the houses for ourselves and we live in one of them, so we will be happy to host you here.

Hi :) Guests say the apartment is nice, sunny and with good energy. :) You have the whole apartment to yourself. Flat have a green balcony, a big living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a charming kitchen :) (63 m2) Parking is free in front of the apartment and guests have a towel, cosmetics, coffee, tea and other small items FOR FREE... The apartment is old but clean and fragrant, so guests feel good here. I look forward to your visit :)

The apartment is located on Levočska street about 10 minutes away from the center of Prešov. Most things in the apartment are purely new. The apartment will especially delight coffee lovers, there is a new bean coffee maker that can prepare up to 15 types of coffee. Coffee is for my account,according to the length of stay at my place.
