This place is a gem! The apartment has 2 private entrances, plus a parking spot that is visible from the apartment above. It is conveniently located near major stores, restaurants, and an EV charging station. My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights because we were attending a wedding in Tanglewood, just a few minutes away! The apartment was spotless, well stocked with linens, bathrobes, paper products, Keurig coffee pods, and the refrigerator even had chilled beverages! The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals. There is even a stackable washer/dryer with laundry pods. The 2 bedrooms are far away from each other to afford privacy. The beds are extremely comfortable with high-quality sheets and comforters, plus extra pillows and blankets in drawers and closets. Our Superhosts, Richard and Kathleen, were extremely responsive to our needs and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and stores. Our stay was 100% PERFECT!

Immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we didn’t even know we needed. The location was ideal — just a short walk to Washington Park and a quick drive to all the historical spots. But the real standout? Our host. Incredibly responsive and warm. If you’re looking for a stay that blends comfort, style, and a true sense of place — this is it. Would give it six stars if I could!

The place was so beautiful & lovely ☺️ above all the bed was super comfy - usually I don’t sleep that well when I’m not in my own bed, but the night here felt like I’m home ✨ the location also was perfect, we could walk everything by foot! Definitely a space with great level of thoughts and details makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Surrounded by the nature, you can immerse yourself in the beautiful mountain view and bird chirps, very peaceful and tranquil. We saw deers walking by, rabbit hiding in bush from raining, and a little chipmunk busy around the house all the time. Thanks Katey for sharing her beautiful home and being a great host, super responsive and provides lots of useful information. We had an amazing time!

Matti was a friendly and thoughtful host who made us feel welcome from the start. He reached out ahead of time with helpful info and made check-in easy. The place matched the listing perfectly—if anything, it was a bit nicer than expected—and was a great value for the area. Both bedrooms were comfortable and had blackout shades. The shower had great water pressure and was a nice way to start the day. Everything was clean and functional, and we enjoyed the custom furniture pieces. The location was another plus- it was easy to get around on foot. We walked to dinner, grabbed coffee in the morning, and picked up a few things from the grocery store—all without needing to drive. Overall, this was a great place to stay with everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a well-priced, comfortable option in the area.

We had a great stay during our work trip to the Berkshires! Our toddler loved playing in the enclosed front porch and fenced in yard, and the crib and baby gates were such nice amenities for my peace of mind. Everything was clean and comfortable and we appreciated that Chamaio reached out to let us know when the home was ready for us, and gave suggestions on local spots nearby. We would absolutely stay here again if (hopefully when!) we are back in the area!

The house was clean and nice! Beds were huge and comfortable and the area is beautiful. The hosts were very responsive. It was the perfect trip.

Alfredo's home was more peaceful than the photos could show. it was quiet, secluded and clean, inside and out. being close to stores and the town while having the feeling you're farther away from society was just what was needed for the stay.

The Hygge House was a lovely spot to spend my birthday weekend with my family and friends. We took advantage of so many close-by activities. But the highlights were at the house itself - paddling the canoe and kayak through the water, outdoor dinner, and s’mores at the fire pit. Jessica was also so easy to communicate with and super accommodating during a personal emergency we experienced. We loved our stay and would love to come back again soon.

Lawrence and Ilze are great hosts! They actually just live next to the house and they own a farm. We took our kid to visit their farms with lots of beautiful chickens and roosters. My son even has a chance to feed the chickens. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time at Johanna’s home. The inside was lovely and as described - although it was hard to pay attention to anything inside when the view through the window was so breathtaking. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to use, and Johanna was very kind and responsive. I recommend to anyone looking to get away.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming mushroom home in Pownal! The space was incredibly cozy, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. Everything was thoughtfully designed, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. One of the highlights, in addition to the house, was the beautiful yard, which turned out to be a birdwatcher’s dream. I spent hours outside enjoying the fresh air and spotting all kinds of birds; it truly felt like a nature retreat.

Sylvia’s house is absolutely beautiful! The house itself is amazing, lots of windows and natural light, fairly secluded and private but not remote, it felt safe and serene. Sylvia is a great host, always in touch, and the house was ready for our arrival. It’s probably one of the best homes we stayed at in terms of how well organized it was, the kitchen and the bathrooms had absolutely everything you might think of and even more. We’d absolutely recommend Sylvia’s place to anyone and will happily come back ourselves. Thank you Sylvia!

Her communication was warm and helpful, and her local recommendations led us to hidden gems throughout the area. The spotless cleanliness and private garden oasis for morning coffee or evening drinks made everything perfect. Excellent apartment. Very clean, full fridge and nice appliances and access to laundry right there. Location is private and parking easy. No complaints and would definitely recommend! Host is also very fast to reply and will work with you on anything.

Yulia's place was the perfect spot for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. Was even great for an infant! It was comfy and cozy! Loved the patisserie downstairs and the town. Highly recommend!

Ashley has a great place!! It was a fantastic place to visit with my friends and reminisce. Weirdly, this rental turns out to be the place my great grandparents lived and did business as my grandma grew up. I did not have any ghostly contact with my relatives in the apartment (I was kind of hoping and not hoping to see them 😂), but I still had such a meaningful time sitting in the spaces they did so many years ago. Ashley is an excellent host and I will come here again next time I “come home”. 😊

Such a unique stay! David gave very helpful instructions for arriving and getting to the property, even supplied photos for extra assistance. The property itself is cozy and in a great part of the city. There’s lots to do nearby, super walkable, and David provides great local recommendations. The shared gallery space was so cool to see too. Great experience!

Katie's place was great--very stylish, conveniently located, and well maintained/cleaned. Loved the renovation of the older building to create a contemporary space while incorporating some of the historic beams and brick work into the design. The living area and kitchen were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable. It was great to have a dedicated parking space. The street is busy and well lit, so we were happy to have ear plugs and eye shades when trying to sleep. The location is convenient to MassMOCA and some great restaurants. All in all, a fantastic stay!

We stayed at Renee’s place during a summer festival weekend hosted at the mountain and it was perfect for our needs! Comfy bed, good kitchen set up and a nice place for lounging in between festival events. Would definitely stay here again!
