This place was perfect for a visit to USC. The campus is easily accessible and walkable. A really great location. We plan to stay here in the future when visiting our daughter. Berenice was very responsive and friendly!

An Incredible Stay in Five Points – One of the Best Airbnb Experiences! I stay in Airbnbs all over the country, and I can confidently say that Kourtney & Brandon’s place in Five Points, Columbia, is easily one of the top—if not the top—experiences I’ve had. The apartment was spotless, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail was carefully considered, from the incredibly comfortable towels to the charming touches throughout the space that made it feel like home. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of care into creating a welcoming and luxurious environment. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right in the heart of everything Columbia has to offer. Whether you're in town for business, college events, or just exploring, this spot is close to it all. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

It’s a bit loud at night due to traffic but great place overall

I Would book again if I’m back in town. Such a beautiful and comfortable place. We had everything we need as well as feeling secure and private. Close to all the stores I needed as well as them being within walking distance.

Excellent place to stay. Clean modern place to stay. Three flights of stairs if someone isn’t able to walk might be a challenge. There are emergency vehicles you do hear at night. Overall a great place to stay and would book again if I’m in the area!

Raymond was an excellent host, and this location was perfect for what I needed! I stayed here for just over three months, and I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay. Raymond was very responsive to any questions I had, and I never had to wait for an answer back! The location is quiet and peaceful and an easy drive to downtown Columbia and the Harbison shopping area. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a spacious, quiet retreat!

Cute little apartment, Cozy and felt at home as soon as we got in. Perfect place to stay while I was in town for work. Ashish was an amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. Look forward to the next time!

Came in clutch on a USC Gameday weekend. Located on the 7th floor so very private. Parking in a gated lot also made it feel very secure. Would stay again! Thank you!

My cousin and I came to town for a wedding and Rashad’s place was perfect with two very comfortable bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, 3 TVs and a full kitchen. Parking is right at the door and entry was easy. Rashad communicates well. We would go back if we need a place near Columbia, SC.
