Holiday houses in Richardson County

Being from Kansas City and needing to venture northland for a funeral in the Tarkio/Westboro/Rockport area, our host took away any anxiety we had about the geographically unknown area. Our host made it so easy to find, the property was remodeled beautifully and the comforts and decor allowed us to take our concern away from where to stay and concentrate on why we were there, for our beautiful family friend that recently passed. Our hearts were heavy, but our surroundings felt like home with all the comforts of such. We slept so well, felt 100% safe, and all the furniture was clean, comfortable and very cozy. Thank you for everything and if we ever want/need to stay in the area, this will be our first choice!

I will continually come spend time here. Coming this time for an event in Omaha on the weekend and it never disappoints. I look forward to coming back for longer. It’s truly my favorite place to travel right now besides Montana, I am always in so much awe and high energy for the time spent. I can’t wait to come back !

I booked with Jessica to visit my hubby while he is working in the area. Such a nice space. Over top the garage so it’s private and secluded in its own way. Never once did I hear them or were we disturbed. Awesome shower with dove shampoo and conditioner I loved that.. soft makeup remover towel (even tho I don’t wear makeup) but! Soft for washing my face. Loved the candle and myers soap. The bed was new and looks beautiful but we are tall people and we darn near fell of the bed a few times lol I would upgrade to a king in the future.. Only other small things were the curtains…I went to close them and they fell down to the floor. So I’d update those few small things but she’s amazing yall!! Absolutely worth every penny. 🥰🥰

Nice and clean! Conveniently located! We will return in the future if we need a place to stay in Falls City again!

Mel was great to work with and her place was perfect for our large group! She responded quickly when we had questions throughout the weekend and was very accommodating! Lots of space for everyone to spread out, games for the kids to play, a big kitchen with plenty of utensils, dishes, pot & pans, plenty of refrigerator space, coffee was provided, & big laundry room! Everyone had a great time!!

Great host, responsive to our questions. Beautiful house and had everything we needed and was accurate on the description. We enjoyed our stay by the lake and the use of the State park across the way was an extra bonus. We look forward to booking again in the future.
