The photos don't do justice to the beauty of the place. The decor matches the environment very well. House equipped with all the necessary items for cooking, barbecuing. In addition to amenities and bed linens. Lismara is always very polite and helpful, as is Iran.

I loved Chacara the very educated owner very kind kind to Chacara clean and neatly organized the very helpful homemaker everything we need he made available a wonderful beautiful place from the beginning to end was excellent I will rent again because my guests and my family was very well installed there 🙏💕🙌🏻

The stay was very good, it exceeded our expectations. the communication with those responsible for the accommodation was always quick and very polite. Our stay went perfectly, the place is very beautiful, very well maintained, clean, impeccable bedding, very well equipped kitchen, everything perfectly corresponds to the announcement. When we got there, we realized that it was even more beautiful live than in the photos. We recommend and come back for sure!

The stay was excellent. The environment was fully organized and clean. Hoston offered us mimos upon arrival and was very kind and attentive during our time at Studio 617. The place is very cozy and totally matches the photos. Certainly, when we return to Ribeirão Preto, we will hope to return to this amazing home.

Entire house or just leisure area. Near USP

I rented with Francisco, who was super helpful and even made it clear that there was a work in progress on the premises. He filmed it so I could see if it would disrupt our stay. The day before our trip, my family and I got the flu, and we ended up not going. My friends went and even called me on video to show me the place, as they were impressed. Very beautiful, full of green areas, with a beautiful pool, tree house, slide, billiards, a terrace with beautiful views of the city, air-conditioned rooms, very comfortable and a house well-stocked with daily necessities. *note: according to my friends, the house delivers much more than is seen in the photos. It is worth renting as a group, for a delicious, comfortable weekend in the midst of nature (even within the city). Next time, I intend not to get sick and also enjoy a day in this super cozy place. =)

Excellent the space of Host Hemily. Very good taste in the finish and decoration of the house. Fully equipped kitchen, flawless outdoor space. Hemily, very attentive, responded quickly every time we asked for some information. we will return for sure.

Great location, very strategic, giving access to the points of visitation. Commodity with cozy structure at the same time modernized and well equipped, all in great operation. We also take advantage of the collective environment that has a space and pool perfect to relax. Host service also always on time and with sympathy. Super recommend!!

It was a spectacular stay, with an additional taste of coffee and cheese bread. Hosts are very welcoming, loving and welcoming. I felt myself visiting very loved ones. The impeccable cleaning. The house is old and cozy, very well ventilated. The street is without exit, which makes the place safe for cars. A nook in the middle of the urban. I will be back again and again for sure. The peace of the place is second to none.
