Camila was clear about the instructions and the apartment matched the description and photos. It was very clean and had the necessary utensils. For those staying in BH to visit Inhotim, it is in a great location, close to the roads, which saved us a lot of time compared to accommodation in more central areas of BH.

Excellent stay, the host Mario was extremely polite and helpful. The apartment is very consistent with what the photos show, organized, clean and airy. The appliances and kitchen utensils are in perfect condition. The bed and bath linens, clean and of good quality. We requested extra quantity and what they offered us was impressive, it was everything and a little more than we needed for a 12-day stay. Great location with supermarket and pharmacy in front. We recommend it 100%.

Perfect Accommodation, all very clean organized , super indico

I stayed 3 days at the AirBnb and had a very good experience. Clean and pleasant environment. The region is very quiet - the apartment is close to Shopping Del Rey, where I went twice, and also close to Mineirão and Lagoa da Pampulha, places I was able to visit during my time in BH. In addition, I went to the Hippie fair that takes place on Sundays and the trip there using an app car was super cheap. A single detail regarding the photos was the chair model, which was different (I talked to the host and she helped me find the model in the photo - which was in the building itself). They always responded with great agility and kindness. There are several kitchen utensils, AirFryer, among other things that I ended up not using. I highly recommend the place!

The stay in Denise's apartment was excellent. The apartment is located in an easily accessible region, with diverse shops (bakery, pharmacy, snack bar, supermarket, restaurant, gas station) in the vicinity, close to Pampulha, Mineirão and the main access roads of BH. Denise is a great host, always available and helpful. The apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable. It was a very good experience and I recommend it. We'll definitely be back.

I found the space ideal for short stays, exact as written in the listing description. In addition, the service I had was very good, even good: kind, fast, practical and resolutive. I will definitely return to space when I need to stay in BH. And look, another very positive point: location. I was passionate about the avenue where the previous one is located: a lot of good place to eat, busy, has live music, ice cream shops and some cafes. And has a very cheap bakery next to rs. Two only points that I think deserve attention, but that do not take away the quality of the place: the television, because it locked a lot and turned on when I turned on the air conditioner; and the curtain that does not cover the sunlight much. Return, very nice!

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The apartment was clean, well organized and in full compliance with what was announced. All the items worked perfectly, providing comfort and tranquility. The location is another strong point, being strategic and easy to access. I also highlight the communication with the host, which was always clear, quick and cordial, which contributed significantly to a quiet stay. I loved too much! Too bad it was a quick stop, but the AP has a homey feel, everything is nice and fragrant and comfortable for sleeping and resting. It had all the necessary utensils, the best AP I rented here on the platform!

The information was clear and the doubts were quickly resolved. Check-in was very smooth even though I arrived with my family at midnight. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need for a quiet stay. I didn't miss the air conditioning. The ceiling fans are more than sufficient. The apartment has good lighting. Simply Perfect! Excellent location, super accessible host, impeccable apartment, only dishcloths were missing so we could dry the dishes, otherwise nothing is missing in the apartment. I will come back more often.

Absolutely beautiful place with the best view! The location offers easy access to great restaurants and scenic running tracks. The building is secure and safe, with controlled access, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Our host, Lorena was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or needs. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely book it again!

The apartment is amazing, very comfortable, organized and clean. It is located in a good location with restaurants and bars, but it is very quiet. Eduardo was very helpful and proactive from the beginning, they were incredible days as a family. We will vote more often for sure.

It has the necessary utensils for meals, everything clean and organized! The location is another favorable point as it is close to restaurants, shops, shopping malls and the center. It is safe and offers a leisure area with a beautiful view of the city, a very well equipped gym. Anyway, I highly recommend and Ada is an excellent hostess, congratulations!!
