Estrategically located at the access to the magnificent valleys and peaks of the Pyrenees in Aragón. Enjoy the calm of a village with less than 30 inhabitants and a privileged access to three of the valleys in the National Park: Escuaín, Pineta and Añisclo. The house has two bedrooms: a big one with a double bed and the second one which is smaller with two single beds. A complete bathroom, a very confortable living room with fireplace and a kitchen-dining room area (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, wave and microwave). Outside area with a small vegetable garden, table, chairs and deck chairs. Stone vault room, ideal for the practice of meditation, yoga, tai-chi, etc. Or simply for kids and adults to share time. TV, Internet access (wifi). Wonderful swimming areas in the rivers (100m from the house). Shop and restaurants in neighbouring village (2 km). 12 km from Ainsa, medieval old town with shops and facilities. High mountain trekking, walking, mountain-bike, canyoning, cross-country skiing. Near the french border (30 km) , ski stations in winter. Very quiet environment, but at the same time strategic situation to access all the valleys in the area. Come enjoy and relax in my cozy duplex penthouse overlooking Vielha and its spectacular mountains. It is located 8 minutes from Vielha on foot and 2 minutes by car. The penthouse does not have parking, although it is easy to park for free in the surrounding area. The apartment is very bright, has two bedrooms with a full bathroom each, an equipped kitchen, a dining room with a sofa bed and a wood-burning fireplace. It is a very quiet area, as the house only consists of two floors. It has Wi-Fi.
