The Host Yunita was Apt in her professionalism and was always available for any questions. Really enjoyed the stay all thanks to Yunita, will definitely visit again.

We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. The environment was peaceful and family-friendly, with an indoor playground at the shopping mall just downstairs and swimming pool that our kids enjoyed. It's about a 15-minute drive from Nagoya, so while not as lively as Nagoya area, it’s quiet and restful—great for a short getaway. The unit was generally clean. One thing to note is that the bathroom floor often stayed wet due to backflow from the floor trap, which was a minor inconvenience. Also, there was no hair dryer in the unit, but the host was very responsive and offered to send one over when we asked—really appreciated that. Overall, a comfortable stay with a responsive host. Would recommend for those who prefer a quieter location not too far from the main attractions.

“Firstly, the room was clean and well-maintained. The gym and swimming pool were conveniently located just outside. If you enjoy walking and taking in scenic views, the area is very beautiful. For those who prefer to cook, the place is equipped with a rice cooker and other kitchen essentials. Lastly, the host was very friendly and had a sweet personality. Overall, the trip was great!🍀

really worth it. everything is excellent for the money we pay. the amenities they provide is 200% better than competitors at that price. watch out carefully for the amenities section of the competitors compared to royal suites. royal suites is unmatchable. they give you the best.

To be short and sweet, I had a pleasant stay and the host is very responsive. The best thing about this place is the killer view of the ocean! I would return to stay here again in the future just for the view.

The unit is as described, its cozy and homey. Internet maybe abit laggy but its out of host control. Other than that..none..we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, Nice view, and value for money. Walking distance from Batam Center/Mega Mal Batam Center. Very close to that Welcome to Batam Sign as well. (You can see it from the window). Things to improve: Need to fix the door key slot cause it's a bit tough to open and lock when we're leaving the place. Recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Cindy’s homestay. The location is very convenient. Just a 7-minute drive to Batam Center ferry terminal, and getting around was easy with Grab cars readily available. The homestay was clean and felt just like home. Cindy was very responsive when we requested a stand fan because the living room air conditioner wasn’t cold enough, she quickly arranged one for us. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and our family of six had a pleasant stay. Thank you, Cindy, for being such a thoughtful host!
