A 3 minutos da A23 e A1, fica a cerca de 1h de Lisboa e a 10 minutos da cidade do Entroncamento onde tem uma estação de comboios com ligações para vários pontos do País quase de hora a hora. É um espaço onde poderá descansar durante alguns dias, pois dispõe de todas as comodidades (tem pátio com pequeno jardim, cozinha bem equipada e dois quartos muito tranquilos, assim como ar condicionado em todas as divisões). É também a casa ideal se procura apenas um refúgio a meio de uma longa viagem, pois permite-lhe deixar o carro em segurança na garagem interior, enquanto desfruta da paz do lar.
