The listed villa is located about 60 meters from the Qube main house. There are 21 modern and high-quality furnished rooms with elevator and air conditioning. The beautiful, historic staircase is characterized by old sandstone and oak stairs and through impressive lead glass windows with Art Nouveau elements. In the villa you will also find the Qube Garden with a 200 sqm sun terrace and extensive lounge amenities. Lovingly run, small hotel in the best downtown location. My house is about a 12-minute walk from the cathedral main train station. All the sights can be easily reached by foot or public transport. The subway station Christophstraße/Mediapark is 5 minutes from the house. I offer limited parking for a fee, reservation essential. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire house. It is a shared lounge, where you are welcome to meet. All rooms have cable TV and telephone, the rooms with private bathroom are equipped with shower and toilet.
