the castle is beautiful and Yury is a fantastic host. We celebrated our wedding in the castle and garden and it was great. The garden and rooms are spacious and beautiful. Due to the many rooms, all our friends and family could stay in the castle. yury helped us a lot, From arranging extra chairs and tables, to being flexible with the check-in and check-out. thank you so much for this unforgettable weekend, we will definitely come back!

This is the most magical place we’ve ever stayed. The owners invite you to stay in the castle where they live and you are transported to another place and time. The hospitality, the breakfast, the beautiful rooms, the charcuterie and wine on the terrace over the moat, the garden and access to the paths on the grounds: the ambience of the entire place is off the charts. My favorite part might be the mural filled with birds, flowers, butterflies and other creatures in all four seasons painted by the owner. It fills all four walls of a dining room! The whole experience is one you’ll always treasure.

Top hostess, very friendly! Pleasantly surprised by the beautiful region and everything very easily accessible. Huge amount of amenities from bbq to board games, ping pong table, trampoline, foosball,... Great location for all ages.

We're absolutely thrilled! The atmosphere is familiar, the hostess is totally friendly and always approachable. It is particularly noteworthy that the accommodation is very family-friendly or baby-friendly. The area is very worth seeing and there is a lot to do. The village is also very cute. We'll be back

Great long weekend away with friends. We really enjoyed the East Wing, it had everything we needed. Lovely view over the Mosel river. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Even though it was warm, we loved the woodstove and wood provided. Karen is a wonderful host! We enjoyed a wine tasting and grill evening with other guests. Definitely recommend!

Even more beautiful than expected.

Martin was a very responsive and friendly host, he welcomed us with a bottle of his local wine and after we checked in gave us a detailed tour of the large wine cellars below the property. Winningen is a great village, easy to walk around, restaurants and bars. Surrounding are great monuments and walking path areas.

Absolutely stunning and peaceful location! We where so relaxed during our stay here. The rooms are spacious and decorated nicely. The grounds of the chateau are simply breathtaking! So much nature, wildlife, stunning flowers and its peaceful extremely quiet surroundings made this place very special. Our family loved our stay at the chateau and we were sad when our time was over here. Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay in the chateau! The place is very beautifully renovated and decorated. Its extremely spacious and all rooms were very clean. The garden is also great for kids to play. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back!

We had the guest apartment with garden access and loved it! Bigger than the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped. For 4 people, everything is available. The dog also got his own feeding station, really thought of everything:) highly recommended for dog owners and always worth a trip!

We had a great stay all around! The place was clean, cozy and super equipped. The host was very friendly and helpful. We felt comfortable immediately and would love to come back. Clear recommendation!

Our stay at Haus Bamenohl was very nice and relaxing! We enjoyed the park, explored the surroundings and even received a castle tour from Mortimer. Parking directly next to the accommodation is possible and shopping facilities are very easy to reach on foot. We will be happy to come back!
