Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.

Castle Schönberg in Wenzenbach

The castle from 1253 is about 15 minutes by car from Regensburg with all its historic attractions. We rent four double rooms each with a private bath and privat toilet on the first floor. Guests walk on original 17th century pine boards. There is one kitchen for guests. The hosts live on the second floor. The office is on the ground floor. There is also the opportunity for hiking. The bicycle path Regensburg is close by.

This small idyllic gem is located on the adjacent Bavarian Forest. Quietly located, it is fabulous for relaxation, but is also the perfect starting point for hiking, Nordic walking and mountain bike tours.
