The place is amazing, super comfortable and cozy, close to the beach, there is a little bar down below that allowed us to watch the game of Flamengo, whenever we can we will return for sure! Eduardo very attentive, gave us instructions of everything around, I always request!

I spent an amazing weekend! The site was exactly as described on the listing. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. The location is excellent, in front of the beach and several shops. It was a great experience and a great value I highly recommend and would definitely return!

The location is behind Rio Centro. The host is a show in himself, very kind, attentive and hospitable. The place feels like home and is very fragrant. When you enter, you can already smell the pleasant scent. I was looking for a place just like this, where I could feel at home. The doormen are very efficient and very polite.

Apartment as described, met our needs very well. Very nice condominium, but the beach requires attention, as it is dangerous. We took a boat trip from the marina of the condominium itself, it was great. Suggestion: take mosquito repellent (electric and body), the screens on the windows and doors do not hold the ninjas. Among the many apartments available for rent in the condominium, I chose this one because of the compliments to the host, I did not regret it, Washington is amazing, a friendly person.

Wonderful views from the balcony and directly across from the beach. Safe location and there plenty restaurant options. Place was nice and clean. Denise was also very helpful and offered recommendations on what to do around there.

AMAZING! I went to celebrate my birthday with friends and I couldn't have chosen a better place. The apartment is beautiful, very fragrant and very spacious, extremely well located. The view from the balcony is wonderful! We were very happy with this choice and we intend to return more often! I highly recommend it

It was an amazing weekend! For those who like a family atmosphere, tranquility, fishing and beach, you will love it. All very clean and organized. Mr. Luís is super helpful. One thing that caught my attention was having detergent, sponge and toilet paper in the bathroom. We often leave in a hurry and forget to buy and arrive at a house that the host has available is super valid. They were wonderful days and we will definitely be back. Amazing view!!! Not to mention the hammock to rest in with a beautiful landscape! Congratulations, great house!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, a pastoral location, with a private dock, easy beach access and a beautiful view. We got the apartment fully equipped and tidy and the sofa that opens into a bed was an amazing bonus! Demetrius was available at all hours of the day- throughout the day he maintained the place, answered any questions, helped and was friendly and welcomed us with a smile!

I had a wonderful stay at Breno's house! The space is super cozy, well located and very well taken care of. Breno was an exceptional host, always attentive and available for any need. I recommend with closed eyes for those seeking comfort and hospitality!

To stay on an island, having access to a small beach with quiet waters and only for us and our 7-year-old son, with a paradisiacal landscape, was our goal and was fully achieved at the home of Lu and Francisco. In addition to the cordiality of the hosts, I want to highlight the friendliness and goodwill of the boatman Letho, a rare person with whom I had many conversations. The place is wonderful, paradisiacal scenery, Letho took us to three beaches of Jaguanum, which was a great ride, especially for our son, where the dolphins made a show for us! The house is simple but has the essential, especially air conditioning, wi fi and refrigerator in perfect operation. We'll be back for sure!

Good place to stay for a couple of nights if near Rio!

Adriana and her husband were kind and solicited with my family, soon upon arrival we were graced with snack, beer and soda. The condominium is very quiet and 10 minutes from the beach on foot by the train line, but my family and I find it a little dangerous there but for those who are not afraid is the best way. The stay was good, clean house and good structure for 4 people and despite the incident with the box, which broke and hurt my father-in-law, we like it very much.

the house is so cute. Local complies with what it proposes: peace and quiet. All very clean. Very helpful and polite lodging team. Well equipped. I really enjoyed it and plan to come back. You have a few points of attention for the traveler: 1) if you are going with your dog, the ground fence does not prevent escape so you have to keep an eye. (we were informed before and, because we have an elderly dog, we had no problems). 2) the toilet space in the bathroom is small, for us it didn't make a difference, but if it's someone bigger 3) the room is large, air-conditioning works super well, but the mattress is one of the "softer", I prefer it firmer.

Perfect trip for a family Carnival! The house is sensational, even much better than the photos can show! From the reservation to our exit, everything was very well organized with Silvio and Marcia, which still have a cleaning and kitchen staff note 1000. Simply perfect! The apartment has exceeded all our expectations. The sea view is breathtaking, waking up to the sound of the waves and seeing the sunrise from the balcony was an unforgettable experience. The space is exactly like in the photos (or even better!), very clean, well decorated, comfortable and with everything we needed for a quiet stay. The location is excellent, with direct access to the beach and close to good restaurants,the host was extremely attentive and responded quickly whenever we need something.
