Using Airbnb for Work for your business travel

Join your company's Airbnb for Work program to help streamline your business travel. Here’s everything you need to know to get started with Airbnb for your next work trip.

Setting up your Airbnb for Work account

If your company has an Airbnb for Work program:

• Open the unique invite link you received from your company to join their Airbnb for Work program
• Learn how to link your work email address to your personal Airbnb account so we can confirm that you work for your company

If your company isn’t enrolled in Airbnb for Work:

• You can make a request to your company’s human resources department or the person who manages travel to sign your company up for Airbnb for Work
• If your company isn’t enrolled, check with them to find out if you can book business travel on Airbnb and submit your receipt for reimbursement

Booking and managing your business trips

• Marking your booking as an Airbnb for Work business trip may give you access to pay using your company’s credit card, if your company has set up their account to allow this
