Morriña is a recently renovated house (2019) on the banks of the Miño River, where the water ‘crashes’ against the house’s veranda. It has two exterior bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a veranda overlooking the river on the upper floor. A kitchen with a dining area and a toilet, with access to the courtyard and the veranda, on the ground floor. A great deal of attention has been paid to lighting and comfort. Apimonte O Cantinho da Maria is a Rural Tourism establishment that was completely rebuilt in 2022. Traditional architecture, the rigorous use of materials, Stone, Wood and Granites were considered the key elements during the reconstruction. The shale (local stone), the charm of wood and its architecture decorate the entire building. Functional and well-equipped, the kitchen is an important element. The bedroom and the 2 bathrooms were designed to be functional, but very well framed in the structure.
