We are located 2 km from the the center The chalet consists of 2 en-suites, one on the ground floor and the other on the 2nd floor The 2nd floor suite can be accessed either through the downstairs bedroom, or if you seek more privacy, it can be accessed through the outdoor area The upstairs suite has a minibar and air-conditioning The chalet has a great gourmet balcony with kitchen, barbecue area, fireplace table for 8 people It also has a great private pool surrounded by lots of greenery Parking for up to 3 cars We are pet friendly.

Refuge das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the terrain enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

Note: Children up to 5 years old stay free. Children 6-12 years old are charged 20% of the daily rate.

A perfect place for days of rest and relaxation with a warm hot tub overlooking the Mantiqueira mountains. The chalet is located on top of a hill, with a privileged 360° panoramic view of the Mantiqueira Mountains. We are approximately 1 km from the Aiuruoca River, within the boundary of the Itatiaia National Park (about 16 km from Pico das Agulhas Negras) and in the rural area of Itamonte. Our space is ideal for those who want to rest from their daily routine.

Guapuruvus County Nest House. Is it a treehouse? Yes and no, a suspended cottage? Yes and no, a cabin? Some kind of nest house? Yeah, maybe so, definitely an experiment, two floors and a ground floor. Almost a predinho.. Resolved to share and make available whenever the demand is for a maximum of 4 people. Lareira, sauna, thermal sheet… next to a river … we do not accept visits without prior permission. We have an extra cottage for the second couple.

Well located, it is ideal for those who want to venture through the Bocaina National Park, tour the Historic Farms circuit, get to know the many waterfalls of the region and be enchanted by the cordial simplicity of its inhabitants and the delicious flavors of the tropeira kitchen.

Modernist Chalet in the middle of the Forest

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.

With an amazing view of Penedinho Pico, Serra where the story of Penedo began. - We provide all bedding (sheet, bedspread, blanket, quilt and 1 pillow per guest); - We provide bath and face towels for the entire stay.
