Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Rensselaer County

I genuinely can’t say enough about this place. It’s absolutely beautiful! Thoughtfully designed, super clean, and filled with the kind of details that make you feel at home. The plants throughout the space add such a calm, lived-in vibe, and the views are unreal. The outdoor areas were perfect for lounging while it was warmer (we visited mid April) but it’s definitely a spot you can enjoy in any season! The bathrooms and appliances, the WHOLE place is all super modern and brand new, but still feels really cozy and welcoming. And the host are truly one of the best we’ve ever encountered. So kind, so responsive, and even sent over local event links to help us find cool things to do in the area on Easter Sunday! We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, and this one is easily in our top 5. Zero regrets booking it and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We always book with Dawn! Her place is amazing. We feel right at home. She ensures the house has everything you could need in case you forget something. There are extra details to make your stay more comfortable. Her linens are softer than mine at home! There is plenty of space for my family of five to stay comfortably. I highly recommend booking here! We can’t wait until our next stay here.

This was the second time our group had stayed at Katherine's place. We sought to come back because there was a consensus amongst us that Katherine's place is the nicest Airbnb any of us have ever stayed at, and that includes stays across multiple continents. Added new to this stay was Katherine's completed garden terrace. Which was secluded from the city, but still with a view. And perfect even on a rainy afternoon, thanks to the extendable awning over the sitting area. I personally delighted in meeting the puppy of the house, Freud, who was happy to visit with us on the terrace. And lastly, when we weren't enjoying morning breakfast or late night bottles of wine in her place, we were also amazed at how vibrant Troy has become. Markedly different from our time there many many years prior. With dozens of unique shops, restaurants, and pubs on every block, for probably the span of a mile, we never tired popping in an out to see the new offerings. Can't wait to visit again, John

The location and the proximity to the mountain made this stay very convenient. Lauren also made things easy with a key code to enter the unit and was responsive before and after the trip to answer any questions we had. Already booked for another trip.

My stay was smooth and the condo was nice. I was on a business trip so I didn't have much time in the room besides sleeping which was quiet

Just a solo traveler that spent 2 nights there, but was able to focus on my remote work during the day and relaxing by night. Engaged with some of the other tenants who were friendly and had some local recommendations. Easy to find, get inside. Building is very cool being an old schoolhouse. Lovely coffee K-cup selection!

My friends and I (three couples) stayed at Gary and Shana’s beautiful Airbnb for Valentine’s Day weekend, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The house was stunning—cozy, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed for our ski getaway. Gary and Shana were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. On the morning of our departure, they even arranged for the driveway to be plowed, making it easy for us to get out after some fresh snowfall. It’s clear they truly care about their guests. We had an amazing weekend and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

This is the second time our family stayed at Zak’s home. The space is perfect and we are able to have great entertainment as well as family meals together. The option of having a pet stay with us makes the place a true gem. The home is clean, stocked with everything you need. Seems like you are at home. Thank you for such an inviting space. I am sure that we will be staying again when we come to Troy.
